they weren't open at the scheduled time and when they did arrive, 20 minutes late, there was no apology for making me wait. Because they were not punctual that is why I will not recommend this location.

The process to renting the equipment was a very disappointing experience. Please educate the supplier about your specific processes. I will explain more when I call and speak with Uhual customer service.

First off it was dirty and it was empty so much so I was afraid it wouldn't make it to gas station I added 30$ gas and neve received the 30 back as the lady promised....when I dropped it off it was a 1/4 full

The first U-haul in Baton Rouge did not have the person there to hook up our car tow. We ended up spending another day in Baton Rouge and buying a hotel room because of this. The second Uhaul (was our drop off location in Jacksonville, FL. The place was supposed to open at 10am. We arrived around 10:05. Noone was there. Other people started showing up as well. The owner did not arrive until about 11:10am (over an hour later). This was absolutely ridiculous! People began to pull up then leave as they had other plans. It also set us behind. I had to unload my car from the car tow by myself because there was noone to assist me. I'm thankful I knew what to do. Also, the place was not very clean at all. I didn't expect the place to be immaculate, but come on. There was garbage everywhere! Other than those two things I would say it's a decent place to rent a U-haul. They just need to be more professional.

They are very friendly. This is the 2nd time I've rented a van from them. If I ever have a need to rent a truck I will definitely use them. The windshield on the inside needed a good cleaning and needed to be vacuumed out. Otherwise, a very enjoyable experience

I had to give you guys 2 different contact names and number to rent your car hauler. Never had to do that in the past. The person couldn't explain why or tell me if things had changed since my last rental all the way from Arizona.

I'm disappointed with customer service and support. I made my reservation weeks in advance. They changed my pick up location the night before. My reservation was for 7 am. The new location did not open till 9 am. The manager didn't show up until 9:30. I found out the hard way that my car did not fit the trailer, even though they required every detail about my vehicle. I also found out the hard way that the truck was not capable of pulling the loaded truck and car trailer. I struggled across the country with little power and the ability to keep the truck in the lanes due to loose steering. At one point during my trip, I contemplated leaving the car trailer behind to shed the weight.

Location was fine just it was the third one I had to go to get a truck. First location was told truck was not running. Second location there was an empty building and 2 trucks were there. Then at third location had to wait an hour until place opened. Really set me behind.

Yall sent me out with a truck and car dolly with no lights on it then when I came back u acted like u fixed it then was supposed to adjust the price and charged me more in the long run and I brought it back with more gas than I left with and was charged for gas. Horrible store to rent from.

The U-Haul employee was an hour and a half late to open this location. My pickup was at 1000 and they didn't get there until 1130. The location was extremely dirty and the truck I rented had a transmission light on the whole time.

When I rented the equipment I made it clear that I was going to deliver it to Callahan where I lived. I was forcibly coerced that I had to return the equipment across town in Jacksonville, Florida 20 mi from where I live. Twice I called support twice. I asked for supervisors twice. I was blown off. U-Haul will be choice of last resort from now on. Worst rental experience of my life.

This trailer had a bubble in a tire and you couldn’t tell it until it was loaded and it knocked all our stuff over on our trip. The trailer was in good shape otherwise. Just disappointed it messed our stuff up and made it difficult to unload.

Had a lot of difficulties getting me the final receipt after I turned the truck in. I had to contact another agent Compass Self Storage in Fernandina Beach to get my receipt. Brooke at Compass was fantastic and got me the receipt very quickly. Other than an issue with getting the receipt, Sunshine rental was fine. Very courteous and accommodating, just an issue with the receipt,

We have still not received our receipt almost 24 hours after drop off. We were told we may receive a portion of a refund since we returned the trailer early but without the receipt we have no other info. We were told it would be emailed to us immediately and we still do not have it.

Although the woman who met with me was friendly, I did have to wait nearly 30 minutes for her to arrive to open for business. The property is in need of a lot of TLC and other deferred maintenance. The “broken windows therory” was definitely in play at this establishment.

Great location off of the highway. I was running late due to traffic. They pro-actively moved my reservation to accommodate me. Met me outside to help connect the trailer and got me on the road quickly. A+++

Pickup of truck was a disaster. Not open when indicated. App not working correctly. Truck only had 1/4 tank fuel. Was late on pickup due to issues and still had to return at same time. NOT recommending!!!

Not a customer friendly site=poorly run, dirty, aggressive dog, owner not knowledgeable about app used to book. Remote pickup process is cumbersome and repedative, not user friendly. U-haul is hurting self by using bad agents and poor site selections

Although interaction was pleasant, I was called 2 minutes after my pickup time and told they would be 15 more minutes late. They showed up a total of 28 minutes late from my pickup time. I also received 5 different attempts to relocate my reservation. They had the trailer I needed but since it wasn’t properly checked in, for 5 days it was uncertain if I could actually get it. I stopped in a few days before to try to confirm and gave my personal info. I was told I would receive a call and a text within an hour to confirm that equipment would be there, but had no contact until the day of rental when they told me they were running late.

Told the lady I wanted to change my truck to a one way she said okay and took my address for where I would drop it off. I asked her before I left did I have to bring it back she said no. So I got to drop off location it was still saying I had to return it back to them after the lady said she changed it to a one way.

The lot was dark and gloomy. I dropped it off at night and felt concerned for me and my wife’s safety. I had to use a flashlight to find the drop box. Wouldn’t do it again.
