U-Haul corp needs to layout what to expect when picking up a trailer. Didn’t know I was supposed to take pics of trailer until I had left the site. As a result I received error messages with no explanation as to how to correct the issue. That’s not on the site. It’s on corp. The message to take those pics was out of site by the time I looked at my messages. Poor performance.

Nicole PHad my reservation scheduled for 11:00, we showed up and the office was closed, no one in sight. Call the location number and the lady is surprised that nobody is there. She assured me that someone will show up in 5 minutes and apologized for the inconvenience. 11:30 still nobody showed up. 11:45 a man showed up and started walking around and talking to other people (turned out to be their employees) then he looks at me and said “oh, yeah, you have a rental” and proceeded to give the keys. No apologies for being so late, nothing. If I have to pick up a rental at this location I would rather cancel it and go with another company
