The check in/out was fast and friendly. It was not the location I chose, however I was happy with the service, I am NOT happy with U-Haul but that will be a separate email.

Marlon HFirst of all, he overcharged me for 3 hours rental of the truck. He rushed me to return the truck and charged me extra for no apparent reason. I used it for only 20 km. Not even the whole load of the truck, since I was harassed with a constant phone calls.
Fathi AIf you ask, I'll tell you. Wipe the side mirrors so that customers don't have to do it themselves. And everything else is great! It was great to use your service!

Badr-Eddine ATruck was very dirty on the exteriour, checking out, the U-haul rep did not review the condition, told me to go. When I returned a new attendant accused me of damaging the truck, even though I took the insurance option. Attendant was moderately aggressive until he called his co-worker and confirmed the scuff was there already. Clearly they need to do a condition checkout as any rental outfit would do. I would not rent from this location again.

Ernesto JI had booked a 10' truck for pickup on Saturday, March 1st, at 8:00 AM. However, at 10:34 PM on Friday, February 28th, I received a call from (825-419-6029) informing me that I should come at 9:30 AM instead, as the location would only open at that time. I did not complain about the change. Upon arriving a few minutes before 10:00 AM, I was informed that my reserved truck had already been rented out. The second available 10' truck was also reserved for someone else. As a result, I was forced to rent a 20' truck, which cost me approximately $100 more than my original reservation. This situation was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I would appreciate an explanation for this issue and a possible refund for the extra amount I had to pay. Looking forward to your response.

senait tWe had a reservation but yet had to go through a whole booking process again on arrival despite repeatedly noting we do have a reservation. We had booked to also have blankets and then none were available which made things more difficult for the time we had the vehicle. The vehicle seats were covered in dog hair and the exterior was frosted and we had to scrape it before we could leave.
Atem KYou moved my location without notifying me, and then gave me a truck with summer tires to drive from Edmonton to Calgary in February. That is extremely poor customer care and I couldn't be more disappointed.

Corey WStore clerk and her baby were so cute and friendly. Very kind. The only issue of the location is not being able to accept tab so make sure you have a physical card if you wanted to pay in the store. But if you choose to pay via online U-Haul app that works fine as well.

Steven DObviously, these folks were new to using your system. Everything worked OK, but they could maybe use a bit more training. Potential language barrier as well. The folks that run this location are likely recent newcomers to Canada, so their English was a bit stilted at times.
Peter GHorrible horrible scammers. Drove around the city so I could get the 10' pickup truck. They sent me to the location & said it was there waiting for me. The pirate behind the counter told me one price, I gassed it up too & then when I went to get my deposit back he kept it. Said the gas went down. Even tho I only hauled a bed 6 miles total. He told me it was 10. Yet I looked at the mileage before I left. Nothing but a scam. I left & let him keep my deposit. First and last time using U-Haul. Such garbage people working for them. & This has happened lots at this specific location.
Hailey SThis U-Haul rental was absolutely filthy inside and out. I took pictures and will be filing a complaint. Also, this location charged me for 16 litres of gas which I did not burn. I filled up prior to returning the rental. I will not be renting from U-Haul again.

Mukhtar IThe rental truck was not cleaned at all. It was so messy with dog’s hairs and smells like dog’s pee in the truck. When I brought it up with the rep at the store he just said take a picture of it. When you call them they never answers.
Saurav NThe first attendant refused to explain anything despite many questions, nothing was explained and the process took 10 minutes, the reservation was under my name but I was not the one driving and the attendant never said anything about needing to add my bf as an authorized driver despite us both giving our licenses. the second attendant for drop off just wanted to joke around about the minuscule amount of gas missing despite having put fuel to the line it was at when we received the truck.

Sheldon RThe vehicle smells and was physically dirty. The gas was not full and I was asked to fill the tank which I did and had never in the past been asked to do so. The vehicle was indicating that service is required, this freaked me out and I was nervous throughout use. I serious review and inspection is necessary. I took a video of the vehicle before use, unfortunately it’s hard to record smell but the van smelt like a male goat , I have never experienced this ever with any U-Haul

Gaston RThe rental guy was completely rude the moment I walked in the door to return the uhaul rental. Assumed from the begining that I had damaged the rental, I assume because I am a woman, yet I only rented the unit, I wasn't the one listed to drive the unit, I just rented it and my boyfriend gave his info so he could drive it for me, since I wasn't comfortable driving it. But any who, the guy accused me of not filling up the unit, yet the gas meter was broken a bit and just didn't read full, and the lady noted that as well and has a photo... So I got in a dispute about it with the guy and wound up walking out, my boyfriend was kind enough to deal with his rudeness so I wouldn't have to. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Brittany PGarbage and stickiness from past users was present in the cab. Requesting dolley and blankets were that available. Back of the truck was not swept out before use. Smell of gasoline and exhaust was present in the cab with windows shut. Gas tank was empty upon taking possession.

Kent RHorrible! I was waiting half hour for the super convivence store to find the keys to the truck. Store clerk kept checking the truck wheel areas for stashed keys. He was on phone with manager who did nothing to solve the problem. I finally had my brother look around hiding spots on truck and he found the keys in the gas door. Very unsafe way to store keys and obviously unorganized. If my brother had not looked for keys we would not have been able to get the truck we booked. They did not offer a different vehicle at the same rate or even a back up plan. Just had us sitting outside on the curb while he kept looking at truck and making calls. Then when we returned one hour later the guy asked if I took a picture of the KM's. Seriously why do they not do that how is my bill accurate when they don't even know what the KM balance was. It was beyond disorganized and made me late for the time schedule I had set . I feel this store should not be representing U-Haul because they clearly cant handle the job or do it right . I hope I never need to rent a truck again because what a nightmare!
Tracey RTerrible customer service. Did not disclose that we had to pay before we even drove the truck. Asked us to calculate how many kilometers we were going to drive, how could we know for sure how many kilometers we would drive? Did not go over the policies with us before we left with the truck. The person working in the store didn't speak much if at all. We brought the truck back 2 hours early and there was no credit or deduction towards our rental.
Cindy LThe first vehicle had a broken steering column with wires coming out of the ignition (key hole), the guy at the desk also didn’t include the dolly or furniture pads until we’d asked and even then they didn’t have the furniture pads we had booked, overall not great customer service.
James bOnly feedback I would give to people is if they request a dolly online, make sure to ask for it again in store because my dolly I requested was not in the van which made the move that much worse. That's on me for not checking and not requesting it again in store though, the store made pick up and drop off a breeze!

tim hThis location has people working that do not know what they are doing. They have extremely poor communication skills. I reserved at $30 for a 2 hour use and somehow was charged over $100. The location itself is sketchy and I would never go back, I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my car here to rent the equipment. I also will never recommend this to anyone. The one positive note would be the person working at the end of the night and that I could use this at short notice.
Chenez MThe location was confused and hard to deal with. The truck was dirty. Over it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in dealing with U-Haul. The truck was also not ready for my 1130 pickup. So all my plans and reservations were thrown off. When I was returning the truck another customer was there look g for the U-Haul location to pickup the truck. He explained what he was there for 4 times and they couldn’t understand or help him. Finally I stepped in and explained it slower and they just proceeded to tell him the pickup truck had already been rented. They completely Ignored the customer showing them the confirmation email. If anything, I would advise people against using this location. Horrible experience.

Westlock FTruck was great- location was AWFUL during pick up and drop off. Employees had no idea what they were doing, gave me the wrong keys at first after finally processing the reservation I had already made. Kept servicing other check outs while we waited for them to finish the reservation pick up. Incredibly sketchy location and store. Will not be going back there ever.

Dave LI did the mobile check in and then went in to get my keys, showing the screen my phone as instructed. The guy at the desk didn't seem to know what to do. He then asked me to scan my photo and DL. I had already done that, but did it again. Then he spoke to someone on the phone for 25 minutes in another language without telling me what was going on. My phone said the rental had already started. I tried to tell him this but he had bluetooth headphones on for the phone and didn't communicate with me. Finally I started walking out the door and he handed me the keys with no explanation. When I returned, he took the keys but didn't do a walk through of the vehicle or anything until after he left. I was worried until I got the receipt. Really bad customer service. Would never repeat.
Meran CWhen returning the vehicle to the location, the employee working there was 15 minutes late to open the store, which caused me to miss my doctor's appointment. The employee didn't explain his tardiness and offered no apology for messing up my schedule.
