My only concern with the rental was that we went over the aloud amount of miles. I feel I shouldn’t have been charged as it was u-haul that changed the pickup location in Calgary which was quite far from the loading address. I had originally picked a location much closer so then we wouldn’t have gone over the aloud miles.

Yireh SThe music was BLARING as soon as we walked in and he left it blaring to the point I got a massive head ache before even starting my move. Then, the truck was FILTHY. Cheetos on the floor in the cab, walnuts on the floor in the cab, garbage in the back of the truck from the previous people. Will never use this location again. Service was horrible truck was horrible.
