Showed up, no parking spot. i tell perosn i need to get some gas. the hughes beside is closed. Got to esso across yellowhead trail few blosk up no gas, go south to the petro cananda at 97 st and 118 ave - i literally live 3 blosjs east of this drop off location so know area pretty well. Get gas and the store preson has movved personal car from the last spot against propery . i am a class 1 truck driver coming on 26 years ao i had to back into the lot doing a S around all equipment and into the stall the SUzv was. The concrete block that is to stop vehicles was inset and if not for my skills i would have backed the tall truck right into the upper part of the building. I got out ot look to verify space and was on a slight angle it was 1030 pm so 2230 same day as pick up. Drop location person was very rude. i took photos of the truck as i don't trust any one at uhaul. he takes keys and i also take image on inside. e is super rude saying i owe money and forces my card to be used. i said no i dont pay i was given extra miles free as i hav said in box above (the camrose person was great so teh story is not about her it is aobuthisa -hole and hadn't seen a econd box here). he keeps saying 30 miles or so i said i am 1 km over now as i told you i had to go to 3 gas stations. actually i do believe i was like 30 under. again read both boxes it is a story of uhaul srewing up as usual and then chargingme. the calling and being transfered to palces was disgusting so even the service center edmotnon is a pos in my eyes ans i called that direct and teh store i first went to on 50st in edmonton here he din bother chekin the equipment if availabe but saying trailers etc there too and 2 trucks but nio call to veridi i am repeating myself s i am pissed off. and then the same locaiton when uhaul changed it all sits there and says call tis number - um that is utter nonsene do your job and find out. so that girl that day was useless also at 50 street edmotnon. the drop off guy will never see a dime of my money for any services . even thogh 711 the dumpiest in edmonton shut down. should ben a decent person instead of a toal asshole to a customer. as for uhaul again you owe me that money back. a huge apology as so much inconvenience and more moeny for fuel as i did have to drive your gas pig truck as said from camrose pick up to heisler to start my tool move. thanks for yet another horrible experience. only good thing was the camrose moni storage palce lady was helpful. thanks for not having just a paper allowance to rent . not all use data and tech crap, my phone is new and wouldn't connect to your link. glad she helped with that . rest was pos as uhaul app is useless.

The staff asked me to drive the truck into the cramped parking lot myself. It would be better if they let me park on the service road where I was and have them drive it into the cramped parking lot.
