My problem is not with the Pickup location! My problem is with your call center. I called 1/2 hr before your hours ended. After being redirected several times, I spoke to a young man who obviously had an attitude problem. He spoke rather rudely, cjecked my phone number and said if I got disconnected he would call back. I was and he didn't. When I called back your phone answered indicating that it was after hours. I called the next day and changed my date of pickup and duration to 24hrs. The day of the new pickup date there was no record. On top of that my wife's information was no the stores order information which was obviously taken from a past rental. After driving back home to get my wife the rental finally went through. Good thing I had my print out showing that I was to pick up. The trailer was returned EARLIER than scheduled, the next day and I received a receipt showing that it was returned. This is fine, but I get a threatening snot-a-gram from you guys saying it wasn't and that I needed to call you or the trailer would be reported stolen. I have to wonder just what kind of Mickey Mouse phone staff you hired. This rental was screwed up from beginning to end and all at the company end. Politeness would be a big start at improvement. Hiring staff that can read, write and follow directions would be the next. The Super Dollar Plus went above and beyond fixing the administrative screw up caused by the company I have nothing but praise for them. Your call center is rude, incompetent and needs a lot of training in customer care. I wish there were other companies that rent trailers.
Pete POwner promised he would arrive in 15 minutes (wasn’t there when we got there). Showed up an hour later with a “sorry, nothing I could do”.
