Pickup was fine, although the representative was not there, had to call them from the store phone and set things up. Also truck did not have the dolly and furniture pads as ordered and rep said they never have them so not sure why they are an option then. All in all nothing majorly wrong, but may as well do the self checkin at this location as there is no actual Uhaul desk in store.
