Keep this location and this representative. I have reserved and used U-haul vehicles in the past at different locations but service was not worthy of a 5-star rating.

LINDA WThe phone number I was given to call when dropping off the truck never answered, though I was eager to ask questions, and communicate. In the morning, after using the app instead, I noticed a voicemail from the location. It said I needed to fold my furniture covers, and sweep (mind you the truck was clean, as I'd checked it in the dark location the night before, and picked up what lay on the ground). If I did not return before the truck was rented out I would be charged $50.00, I was told. I hurried to get ready, after waking, and brought my own broom back to the truck (within 3 hours of the voicemail). $50.00 is quite a fee, and about half of my reservation cost, so I didn't wish to have this charged. The gentleman who had left the voicemail, from Quick Mark had previously said I'd have the fee waived, if I cleaned it before the truck was re-rented. When I arrived, the person at the counter told me that the truck had already been cleaned, so there was nothing that could be done. I was not even given a grace period which with to clean the truck, as it seems I had been promised, so my drive over was a big waste of time, during an already hectic move. I'd hoped to make things right, since I did indeed forget to fold the blankets, but it seems that perhaps greed won in this situation, from whomever monetarily benefited. I'lll be deeply reconsidering any moves with u-Haul in the future, especially in Killeen.

Laverne HDoing my experience, I didn't see any hours of operation so with that being said I stopped by to rental a dolly around 9:50 am not knowing until after the process was complete the employer stated we will be closing at 11:00 am today and will not be open tomorrow. If I have known this was the case I would not have rental here with a short time frame of opening. Uhaul services is not convenient at this convenient store location because hours of operation is not feasible for customers.
kenyati dAs I was returning the vehicle at the location where I picked it up and as I was taking the required pictures upon return, my wife told me that she had returned it via her phone. I completed the return through the link sent to my phone (which is the number recorded at the time I picked up the vehicle, and was still charged $20.99 as if the condition of the vehicle was to be checked the following day.

They said they added her in the notes and all would be good. When I picked up the truck the representative told me this was incorrect and had to add my daughter on the contract.

Yvette JI was told that I could return the truck to any location in the Killeen, Texas area. I tried one place about 4:00 PM Sunday afternoon. We were 2 days early since we got there sooner than expected. This was an un-manned center and they said I had to go through the 1-800 number to "change my drop-off" in order to leave the truck. This was all required to be done by mobile i-phone, yet they said it would be a 45 minute wait to talk to someone. We found one location which was open until 5, but after we explained what happened, he hung up on us, and then changed the on-line sign for his store from open to closed. He closed early since he did not want to help us either. Be sure that at least one U-haul dealer is open until 5 or 6 pm EVERY NIGHT. If they don't do then, then revoke their franchises, and find people who will. Every dealer could rotate the night they are open late to accept incoming work. You might be "on call" about 6 times a month. All trucks could come there even intended for another location. Like a doctor being on call for his patient's, U-Haul dealerships should be "on-call" for their customers.
David SOverall my mom and I rented a uhaul for the first time. This was the worst experience. We were charged 85 dollars Sunday July 10th. When we returned the truck the following day which was Monday, July 11th Mr. Sanjay tried to charge an extra 92 dollar balance. We mentioned to him that we have already paid 85 dollars of that amount. Since we knew that our money was taken he changed the price to a zero balance. After all we were supposed to pay an extra charge of 8.27. But he said it was a 20 dollar charge that we owned that he zeroed out. Once again if we didn't realize it, he would have gotten over on us making an extra 92 dollars. This guy was not honest he tried to get extra money out me and my mother. I do not recommend anyone going to this location to rent a uhaul.
