JEKIEREA N.This was the worst experience. First off, I was unable to do the check-in with my phone, so I had to go into the store and check in with the clerk. Well, I declined the insurance when I reserved the U-Haul as well as when I checked in however when I noticed my final statement, I seen the clerk still charged me for the insurance. That was an extra $30 that I did not have!!! Secondly, the truck was so dirty inside of the trailer that all of my furniture is now stained and has black smut all over it. So much for having a nice clean white couch. Third, the truck needs some serious maintenance. I had to cross a bridge and at one point thought the thing was going to drive into the wall of the bridge. It was so hard to steer the truck and was all over the road. You guys need to do some serious suspension work on your equipment. I will NEVER use U-Haul again. This was a horrible experience.
Amber O.This comment is not for this location, it is for UHaul's policy in general. I showed up about 30 minutes early to pick up my rental, and UHaul's software tried to charge me for ANOTHER WHOLE DAY!!! It also tried to rent me a dolly that I EXPLICITLY removed from the rental page when I submitted the rental online. This was not explained anywhere until I called UHaul to complain. UHaul's registration and check-in software will try to rip you off. ALWAYS verify EXACTLY what you are being charged for and for how long.

Thomas G.They wasted 2 hr of my time was there to pick up at 530 and didn't leave till 730 made me late for work and I lost the job so I didn't even use the dolly so I brought it back the next morning and then they changed my reservation from 530 to 730 and put safe move on it when I said I didn't want it I think I should get a full refund which I was charged 150 for some reason and it should have only been less than 50 I have been a value customer for years but with this experience it has made me think to go with a different company

The uhaul representative was very pleasant and gave us an extra day because it took the service guy two to three hours to get to us . We had been up over 28 hours without sleep and I was extremely exhausted.

Found out when I got back and the trailer was loaded the trailer wasn't properly hooked to the ball. We had to unloads the trail and support it with brick. With several attempts we got it hooked up correctly. The lock was stuck on the inside.

JAMES G.Despite having only 8,100 miles on the truck, it was not in good shape. At 65 miles/hour it shook so badly, I was afraid to drive it over 60 mph (NOT good on interstate). Gas was not at 1/2 tank as contract stated and despite returning at same level, I was charged additional $5.00 to get it to half tank. I was sent to Chickasaw to pick up the truck when a U-Haul center in Mobile had SEVERAL 10' trucks and was 20 miles closer to me.
