Very poor customer service. First off the store was not even open on time i was there waiting for 20 minutes before anyone even showed up. one worker told me i can turn in the trailer and get my refund at 9pm and whenever i went there the worker had no clue what to do or even who to call for help on the matter. So i had to then choose to wait 10 days for the refund.

ROBERT GNever got a receipt. Never got any help unloading the unit ( 6’X12’ ) enclosed trailer. Very heavy. Lower back pain for several days afterwards.
DANIEL HYes everything was good here besides the fact that I guess where the fuel gauge was left wasn’t document properly and therefor when I dropped the truck off with more gas than what it had when I picked it up they still tried to charge me.
Monica NThere are other locations that I would recommend first. The check engine light was on and I was not told about it or told why it was on. I received a call instructing me to send copy of my DL so I could take the key and go. Still did not run my license until I got there.
