This location was a secondary drop off. After the original drop-off location REFUSED to accept the return, U-Haul costumer service worked with me to set up the return at this location. The people at this secondary location were pleasant to work with, and were happy to accept the return.

There was no one there to accept the rental when I turned it in they just said park it the uhaul person wasn't there to accept it and record that it was returned I didn't like that
ALEXIS MTo whom this may concern, I feel that I was overcharged. The store attendant name Billy rushed our return process and didn’t give me a chance to put the gas back before he’d already charged me for the gas through U-Haul; he told me that it was too late to put the gas back because he’d already submitted it. I got the truck on Saturday and turned it in this morning; it was told to me I’ll be charged $29.99 a day plus the mileage. I used 54 miles; the mileage was 18636.6 showing 161 mi. to E when I got it and 18690.2 69 mi. to E when I was returning it and my total charge came out to be $222. I asked him how much was I being charged for the miles and gas he never answered he just rudely said that I need to pay or call U-haul. I replied I’ll call U-haul I’m just trying to do my own math and I’ll pay once I find out how much I’m being charged cause I didn’t expect it to be so expensive and then he hurried and called my fiancé boss who referred us to him and told him that we were refusing to pay which is not true I was just trying to see how did it total up to be so expensive. I feel like the customer service wasn’t professional and that my total shouldn’t have been that expensive. Be blessed.
