The trailer was covered with snow in fact all of the trailers were covered. We ordered a 20-foot trailer all they had was 12 feet. Our trip took 2 hours and 200 miles round trip to pick up the trailer, there were 12" trailers in our town that could have been offered.

The automotive & tire employee did her best but it took almost an hour to process the paperwork and hook up the equipment. The trailer under carriage was rusted and the tires had minimal tread which made the trip worrisome although we did not have any issues.

There was no key drop off and I had to go back on Monday to return the key, when I asked where I was suppose to drop off the key I was told there is no drop off. I spent an hour on Saturday night try to figure out where to leave the key. They had a key drop at their last location, I don't understand why there is no drop now. It stupid to expect people to come back on Monday to drop off the key when they return the truck on Satarday.

Stephen M.I have used this location to pick up and drop off U Haul trucks, supplies and equipment on numerous occasions. I enjoy the staff and have never had an issue. They are always willing to help out and make things go as smoothly as possible throughout the entire process.
MARY B.Because of demand, we had difficulty finding a truck, but this company found us one and we picked it up on a Wednesday afternoon, the idea that we would bring it back Friday afternoon by 4PM. The reservation was written wrong, for 3 days, but the owner said to have the truck back Friday afternoon and we would be charged for two days. We got the truck back at 3:45 pm on Friday, which was early, but the owner wrote the time as 4:30PM. He did not give us a written receipt, we found out later that we were charged for 3 days instead of 2. The truck was clean and we left more fuel than when we picked it up. We called them and they told us they would straighten it out. We never heard back. We will tell everyone we know that this happened. This is our home town and we did a local move. How can a local business treat their own like this??? Thanks.

My original scheduled pick up location was Sheridan wy not. Which from was I was living was a 90 mile round trip when Sheridan was 30. Nothing to do with this location just business practices by uhaul

Judy M.When I began loading, I realized the appliance dolly I rented was broken. The handle was missing washers that kept it from tightening when the strap was attached. This location did not seem concerned or offer any help. Also, I noted to the representatives that I was charged $20 for furniture blankets even though my on-line receipt said $10. They seemed unconcerned and not helpful at all.

Deborah Ann C.Have the units that people reserve available at the location they reserved them. I was originally supposed to pick this unit up at the Uhaul store in Casper, WY. When I arrived they told me the unit wasn't going to be available for a few days as it was out for repair. There were several of the units I had reserved sitting on their lot but I still had to drive an hour and a half in a snow storm to pick the unit up in Sheridan. This was extremely frustrating and cost me 3-4 hours of wasted time as a result it is highly unlikely that I will ever rent from Uhaul in the future.

Kimberly B.We had a reservation for a 26' truck out of Casper Wyoming through the U-Haul website. The truck was paid for at that time. Then I received a call that there was no 26' or 20' trucks available in Casper. We had to drive to Buffalo Wyoming to pick up a 20' truck. This was an extra 4 hour trip, there and back, that we did not have time for. In the future we will not be using U-Haul.
