Fred SGOT THERE AND THERE WAS A LINE OF PEOPLE WITING on SATURDAY AM to pick up the uhauls but he had no HELP and did not provide hardly information like vehicle, location AND told me gas tank was full and had to bring it back full, which seemed fair except ... was LESS than 3/4 full ... and after waiting almost an hour to get the truck and people waiting that I am paying to stand around. we took a photo with date and time of getting truck and the gas tank amount. So I wrote when checked back in on Sunday that when we got it was only 3/4 full so don't charge for gas as we filled to same level. We were charged over $15 for gas so we need that and the taxes for returned. Plus we didn't use all our mileage either.

DONALD SThis place SUCKS. Avoid anything they do. I have conducted business all over this world and they are by far the worst company I have been! The employees have no manners and are not professional in any way. The owner thinks he is superior lol he talked down to me. I definitely recommend using Sheridan Wyoming.

Dale HThe trailer was covered with snow in fact all of the trailers were covered. We ordered a 20-foot trailer all they had was 12 feet. Our trip took 2 hours and 200 miles round trip to pick up the trailer, there were 12" trailers in our town that could have been offered.

David BThe employee who does the UHaul rentals at this location was out the day we picked up. The automotive & tire employee did her best but it took almost an hour to process the paperwork and hook up the equipment. The trailer under carriage was rusted and the tires had minimal tread which made the trip worrisome although we did not have any issues.
Leslie KI dropped off on a Sunday. The business was closed, but I knew that. Dropped off trailer and called them Monday morning. I told them that the blinker light was not working.

Penni CWhen we turned truck in, lady at counter was surprised that we weren't offered a trailer to make up for the space lost for not getting the 26' truck we'd reserved. If we'd been offered that, we wouldn't have to make another trip to get the rest of our property.

Hermilo GIt took me over an hour to return the truck. There was no key drop off and I had to go back on Monday to return the key, when I asked where I was suppose to drop off the key I was told there is no drop off. I spent an hour on Saturday night try to figure out where to leave the key. They had a key drop at their last location, I don't understand why there is no drop now. It stupid to expect people to come back on Monday to drop off the key when they return the truck on Satarday.
BRUCE ATook close to a hour to get trailer hooked up because the jack wasn't working and it was stuck in the gravel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stephen MI have used this location to pick up and drop off U Haul trucks, supplies and equipment on numerous occasions. I enjoy the staff and have never had an issue. They are always willing to help out and make things go as smoothly as possible throughout the entire process.
MARY BBecause of demand, we had difficulty finding a truck, but this company found us one and we picked it up on a Wednesday afternoon, the idea that we would bring it back Friday afternoon by 4PM. The reservation was written wrong, for 3 days, but the owner said to have the truck back Friday afternoon and we would be charged for two days. We got the truck back at 3:45 pm on Friday, which was early, but the owner wrote the time as 4:30PM. He did not give us a written receipt, we found out later that we were charged for 3 days instead of 2. The truck was clean and we left more fuel than when we picked it up. We called them and they told us they would straighten it out. We never heard back. We will tell everyone we know that this happened. This is our home town and we did a local move. How can a local business treat their own like this??? Thanks.
