I had a clearance light out at time of picking the truck up in buffalo Wyoming and couldn’t get the light fixed. Even though they had a shop right next door. I was told I would have to call road side assistance. I was still on there yard. I got to Casper Wyoming which is where I loaded the truck. Called road side assistance twice. No one came and they put on my order that the light was fixed but nobody showed up. So I drove from Wyoming to Arkansas clearance light never fixed. Also had to go 150 miles out of Casper to pick the truck up.

Ronald RAccommodating. Polite and responsive to needs. No hidden fees. Easy check-in/Check-out. Nice truck.
Miriam RDrop off was fast. No questions. I asked about pick up photos and drop off photos of the truck. Didn't seem to care. Stated we don't do that. I was surprised being i was driving a brand new truck. In and out in 2 minutes....
