I completed the online application including pictures of my drivers license. But when I arrived I had to do it all over again. I have a question if I didn't use the miles I said I would will I be reimbursed.
DEBRA EMy experience was horrible. I was lied to about my rental and the amount it would be. I was misled on the mileage and I was misinformed by an agent that gave me misinformation about the rental. I extended my rental for one week instead of 3 days and for 7 days I was charged over $700.00 even the week rate is $355.00 which is what I agreed to, but somehow they scammed me by literally charging me double. I will never rent from them again. They scam you on mileage and don't have an unlimited mileage offer. They want to charge you basically$1.00 per mile which is ridiculous! And instead of having a flat rate insurance they charge daily for that to. Buyer Beware!!

YIH YSignage for where to find the rental representative would be helpful. He is extraordinarily helpful and efficient, but it’s not obvious where renters should go when they pull in.
Amelia KThank you for customer care. The lockbox was jammed, so I wasn't able to get it opened to take the truck key out at my reserved time of 7 am. The agent came early, instead of 9 am, he was there by 8:30 am, so I didn't have to wait for 2 hours.

Then their app couldn't find my location even though i had my location ON! THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE SUCKED!!!!

Van had a full tank of gas, was brand new, very clean, and the Uhaul manager was very pleasant, professional and the UHaul areas inside clean and comfortable while I waited to get the van. Very impressed with Managers’s attention to details. I will rent here again anytime! Best Uhaul experience in years!
