I was initially supposed to pick up my 20 foot uhaul at the Cleveland Heights location with 2 mattress covers and a dolly. I got a call the day before letting me know they didn't have it but I could get everything at the superior location. I even asked to clarify and they just lied to me. This location is actually a Laundromat and only had about 3 uhauls. When going over the order the employee stated I had 35 miles I asked if I could get more and he said call uhaul and add them. But it's only 40¢ over each mile. Now they location was 5 more miles than the Cleveland heights location. I didn't budget for it and he wouldn't sell me more. I They did have my size truck but the back right break light was out which we didn't notice untill later. I went to the Cleveland heights location for the mattress covers, they didn't have my size so I had to pay $1.08 to sub in a larger size. I asked to add miles and the employee apologized but said once the order was filled I couldn't. I said well it's just 40¢ I'll be fine. I then went to drop it off at the Streetsboro location. They charged $1.00 for every mile over which was 9.40 in the end. The employee encouraged me to call 1800uhaul to complain. I'm just filling out this survey. Please remove the superior location. It's not fit for uhaul service.

Availability of reserved item (dolly)
Branden MA number of things in the app were bad, like it switching me to one-way at 5 times the cost, and wanting to charge $29 for gas when I only drove 8 miles, but the man at the office was both very nice, and outstanding at smoothing things out.
Martin BWas not sufficiently able verbally explain and go over the contract in an understandable way. Technical understanding and verbal skills don't coordinate to a smooth experience for customers. Did not provide ANY paper documentation; even when requested. I went under the mileage estimate. The vehical was returned in 2.5 hours. I was not shown ANY onscreen final cost estimate when vehicle was returned. This is a very shady way of doing business. Potential for fraudulent charges and more. I do not recommend this location. Bad professional demeanor.
