Paul CA new experience for me as this was the first time I have used U-Haul service. My only Grey area was purchasing U-Haul insurance for the auto transport as it covers 100% of the trailer but only $5k towards my $80k car:(

Paula KExcellent service, but the truck was old, and the gate hinges were rusty, so it got stuck in the upright position several times and was difficult to pull down and my son and I are stronger than average. There were a few times I thought I was going to need to drive the loaded truck with the gate wide open. The truck did get me to and from my destinations safely. Darla was awesome to work with.

Overall, we were once again very disappointed we had to drive over an hour and a half to pick up a truck when their was a rental location in our own town. We weren’t informed of this until 2 days before our move. So service was POOR.

David VI have used this location on two separate occasions and have always been treated very professional. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs a uhaul. Your equipment is very well maintained, we traveled from Spearfish, SD and traveled almost all the time at 70/75 miles per hour and the equipment pulled very well.

William RI had to drive over 460 miles to get my truck. I was supposed to get it in my town - pickup location less than a mile away. That’s absurd!!! There was no compensation for the 7 hours I had to drive, nor the gas I used to drive my personal vehicle there and back, nor to pay for gas for the truck I had to drive back to my town. Shoddy customer service to say the very least, and not an incentive to EVER use U-Haul again. I am extremely disappointed in my experience, and this is the SECOND time this has happened to me in the past two months. Why tell me the truck I want is available in my town when it’s not??? Not just one time, but twice???????
