candida zUhaul again is over booking. Did not have my truck. Truck came dirty. I noticed the photo used for the cleaning was not taken at the location I picked up. I believe it is the Kansas location that supposedly cleaned. My move was very difficult in a ten foot truck. 196 miles. This is why I usually pay for Penske.
James WService agent was pleasant and courteous, but failed to explain the proper usage for the Tow/Haul feature of the truck. This resulted in inefficient gas usage and increased the cost of the trip unnecessarily. Agent did not review the vehicle with us and instead gave us the key, sending us on our way to check over the truck ourselves.

DEBRA TIf I was in the central valley, this location - although small - was entirely perfect. They were open, they had the gear, they were helpful. Now, the fact that I had to go there instead of Fremont, and had to drive 90 miles each way, *TWICE*, puts me in a surly mood but that's not the fault of the folks at Superior, who were great.

DARRELL NWrong Appliance dolly was given and didn’t realize until we needed to use it . Dolly Wheels were also damaged and didn’t turn 100% which was harder to use. Rental on appliance dolly was basically useless. When equipment and Uhaul was returned the returned location even noticed numbers on dolly didn’t match on original invoice? So he confirmed that wrong dolly was not the right one.
