David RCost way to high for what I used it for. I drove 290 miles in a 10 foot truck to pick up my deceased grandmother's furnature and it cost me about $500. Would not use U-Haul again for this type of trip. I saw that the price was absurd so asked if there was a better way to rent the truck and was told there was no other way (just to do a one way trip which wouldn't have worked and cost similar). I was charged $1.09 per mile. Penskee would have charged me $0.59 per mile and saved me 200 dollars while giving me a 12' truck. I am very upset with U-Haul now, and will probably never use again.

Kris sWe decided to drop off our truck early and after hours, what would have helped is a description in the drop off instructions of where on the property to drop the truck. When we got to Superior Storage there were very clear and obvious markings on the road of where exactly to put the truck, but having an idea before heading over would have reduced the "I have no idea what to expect, be ready for anything" feelings especially when we knew there wouldn't be help in site if we weren't sure. This is a UHaul level suggestion, both the pick up and drop off locations were great.

Michael BAfter I checked, I discovered one headlight on the vehicle I was originally offered was not functioning. I was given an alternate vehicle and was on my way. Good thing I checked, since I had to drive several hours in the dark. All renters should thoroughly check the vehicle before driving away.

DEANDRA BThe only comments I have on this rental are: 1) We got stuck in a loop trying to enter an emergency contact into the system. Once we asked for help online we were able to proceed and finish the rental process. It took over 35 min to get through this process. 2) the truck horn does not work. 3) The truck has a bad pull to the right. I had to put pressure on the steering wheel to the left to keep the truck going straight.

Luis RThe van I rented smelled like someone threw up in it. I had to keep the windows open the whole time to keep myself from throwing up. Was not worth the $124.00 that I had to pay. The last 2 times I rented from this location, the tires were low on air and I did not feel safe driving the van, the other time the maintenance light for an oil change was on. Seems like the vehicles are not maintained very well. I would really appreciate some of my money back on the last rental, the smell was absolutely disgusting.
Jill MWhen I went to the guy that I rented the truck from about the gas charges he wasn't nice I told him I put the gas in the truck I shouldn't have any charges for that luckily I had taken a pic of the gas tank because i took the truck he didn't believe me when I told him I had put gas before I returned it .I had to show him 2 of the pics and he had a snotty attitude . I told him I dont have time to come here and make this up and waste my time he said that I would have to contact customer service about it then he called his manager and the manager told him he could take care of it. What a hassle poor customer service.

Stacey MI was totally satisfied with the service. The whole rental process was quick and simple. I had to rent a truck on 3 different days and they had me in one, and on the road, within 15 minutes. I have used Superior Storage for my truck rental needs on multiple occasions, and always come away completely satisfied.
KENNETH FThe whole process was straightforward and easy to follow, and I found that checking in online prior to going to pick up the truck, helped me to get moving even faster. The employee (or owner?) was upfront and professional and got me in and out. The truck was clean, freshly washed window, and gassed up to the standard half tank. No issues returning either. This is a great location to rent from, but the U-Haul service itself is expensive if you are moving a good distance. I moved from that location to Winston Salem and back to return the truck and it was $240, plus $69 to fill the tank from 1/2, and this was the 10" truck. Great storage rental location but U-Haul is pricey itself.
