The mobile check in was not as quick as expected. There is no clear direction on where to park while checking in if the two available spaces are already taken. Very congested as there is one driveway in and out. Driveway should be wider to accommodate the traffic in and out
This was a great experience.
At $.79 per mile, seemed a bit pricey and it wasn't clear at the time of reservation what the mileage cost was. Should have called instead of doing it all online. But otherwise, online process was easy and location is very convenient to my house. The cargo van I rented had a broken driver side mirror, which would have been a.much bigger problem if I needed the vehicle for more than half a day or longer distance. But I would rent from this location again.

Everything went well am this location, my first choice for pickup was not available, when the lady called to inform me about picking up from this location she was very short and sassy on the phone .She was telling me where to pick up and I asked if she could tex or email me the address and she cut me off very short . Also the Phone app at check in is a joke .
Despite the problems we had from the rental pick up location this person was kind understanding very respectful

Exterior of the vehicle should be washed more frequently. The representative that assisted us was friendly and professional.
Parts of the app would not work. Could not take pictures and dispute condition of the truck or mileage. So I took pictures and saved them to show when I returned. Fortunately the person checking the truck back in was sympathetic and very customer focused.

The guy acted scared because we did not have mask on. Told us to stay at side and called me for reservation. When he brought part for me to sign it was like I was had the plague . They when he did get our truck didn't even wear gloves. I don't even know if they I had been wiped down. I wiped down and sanitized my self. I think there needs to be more professional staff working there. There was night grass and everything the facility was not very well maintained. Looked like a run down rental property.

Not the location's fault but, I registered on line, went to pick up truck and payment wouldn't go through. waited over three hours of trying to get my payment through. Deleting original reservation twice and creating new ones. Used one credit card....didn't go through (not declined just wouldn't go), tried cash app card and the payment went through on my end but was never received by Uhaul. Tried my daughter's card and payment went through but not received by Uhaul. Finally called customer service who said we would not be allowed to get a truck today because their payment processing system was down. Remember I have been sitting there for nearly 3 hrs at this point and they have drained my immediate funds $300. So I asked if I could pay with cash. They said yes but with an additional $100 for deposit. I realize that the 100 is refundable, but the fact that they had already drained my funds of just over 300 made me very irritated. The gentleman in the location office was very professional and tried everything he could to help us out. But in the end I was VERY unhappy about the overall service from Uhaul..
