Kellie ZYour online process sucks. I don’t want to download and use yet ANOTHER app! I don’t want to “view” my receipt on your website. Send me a PDF or at least let me download my own PDF from the link. It’s a pain to deal with your site. I also froze my butt off checking in to pick up the truck. It was 14 degrees outside and your stupid check in app took me 45 minutes to check in before I could get the keys and at least warm up the truck. Not very impressed.
Rhett NThe ease of scheduling and picking up was amazingly easy. Once I arrived for pick up, the gentleman confirmed my order and hitched the trailer for me. He explained the trailer connection and checked it over to make sure everything worked correctly.

David AI will never recommend or use uhaul again, This is actually the 2nd time this has happened to me , I initially rented a 26' truck in Fall River 2 weeks prior to moving, and the day before I'm scheduled to pick it up I get a call saying the truck is not there, Then my only option was to pick it up another 20 miles away or so And pay for the mileage.
Dereck MWe returned after hours and followed the online instructions - we were told it was successful and we would receive an email conformation (we never did). It then instructed to drop the keys in a drop box and provided a picture - there was no drop box that looked like the picture. There were several small boxes with numerical numbers for codes - all were broken, so we could see no secure way to leave the key. We tried to call drop off assistance and waited for 40 minutes with no answer and also could not get the U-Haul chat to respond.Fortunately I was able to come back in the morning. The proprietor was lovely. He pointed out the signage U-Haul and small opening in his garage door. It had nothing about U-Haul on it and looked like it belonged to the garage that was next to the U-Haul office. The proprietor said he'd asked U-Haul multiple times to fix the drop boxes and for better signage. Tough end to a long, hard move. Doubt that I will use the company again.

william kArrived on site and place was closed with sign saying be back in 30 minutes, waited for over an hour and no one came. Spoke with on line Uhaul agent to drop off. They were helpful but bad experience with the drop off location with no one there and no one to help!
Arthur PThe owner really went out of his way to help us out, even when we had to change our plans at the last minute. A few hours into the trip, however, the cigarette lighters and outlet stopped working, which made keeping our phone charged difficult. Later in the trip, a few dashboard lights came on and off, but nothing mechanically wrong with the vehicle.

James NThe vehicle I picked up had a fishy smell in the cargo area. There where no other vehicles available to rent after I had discovered the smell and was unable to switch vehicle. I was offered the option to call another U-Haul renter to try and get another vehicle(I declined)

Robert BThe app/process is really bad. It takes longer to rent a truck virtually than it does in person. I have to log in to the app every time. Dumb. I have to take a picture of my license every time. Dumb. All the pictures it requires are silly and a real pain in the ass. Make it easier, not harder. When I tried to leave feedback via the app, it required a nickname, but the nickname couldn't be the same as another one that had already been used. Which is really dumb. I have to try a pile of nicknames until I come up with one that hasn't been used in order to leave a comment? Come on.
William LPick up location was changed the day before. The customer service representative was excellent and made this last minute issue seamless. She is an excellent representation of the Uhaul brand
Paul SLocal office was closed and dropbox is not clearly marked. Called Uhaul and the number written on the door but I could not connect with either.
Vasu KIn addition to the truck we rented, we also rented a dolly and a hand truck which we returned in the back of the truck. The drop off location was closed when we returned the truck and we noticed their drop off instryctions said if there was equipmet in the back of the truck the cargo door should be secured with a padlock. We did not have a padlock and if we did how would we get it back after dropping off the truck? Perhaps a padlock should be provided when a truck is rented. Other than that our experince was good.

joseph cMake it clear that if you are going to be late you need to reschedule. Since the location was closed I had difficulty picking up my truck electronically.
James SI dropped off after hours although I thought someone was going to be there. Also, there was no secure Dropbox for the keys. There were 3 combination lockers but we had never been given the combo. However one box was open so we left the keys among others that had already been dropped off.

Michael BRude, decided not to communicate with me and call me names when he contacted customer service. Swearing at a customer and calling them a f*****g as****e is more than inappropriate. I would rather buy new stuff that ever rent another uhaul to move things ever again.
Dominick CThe order was inaccurate BOTH times. It had to be cancelled and then I did another one while in the office. Nice enough rep, but he was clueless on the computer. Took me 30 min and STILL was wrong.

loretta msomeone [please call me. This truck was used to transport fish. You could not bear the stink in this truck. Your records should indicate who used this truck before me. there were NO other trucks on the lot. I need to hear from U Haul ASAP, please. Thank you.
