This location was Terrible, We had to re fill out all the information at the desk , they didn’t have the truck We reserved 20’ only a 10’? Keep in mind they charge per mile driven . We drove to the house to find out the ramp was missing drove back to this location they offered a trailer to help with took that back to the house . Ended up being charged 135.00 for 9:28-3:00pm no discounts except 10$ taken off for the trailer 16.00 fees added . I tried calling the manager after my husband returned it and there was no answer mailbox was full couldn’t leave a message. They overcharged for rental miles and truck .

Despite reservation for mobile pick up, the option was not available in app or on the website and multiple calls needed to be placed to even be able l to initiate, check in, and complete the process.

Was on hold for an hour while they figured that out. ALWAYS TAKE PICTURES AND NEVER TRUST ANYONE. they still have yet to send me my money back which THEY ALREADY TOOK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. Greg HThe location didn’t include the dolly that was requested, they wouldn’t even answer the phone when we kept calling to get a refund for it and they closed early. The location also has the worst service which causes the app and website to not work. AND I’m pretty sure they over charged us for gas considering we drove to the storage around the corner from our house. So never again. I will be disputing charges.
Kevin GWe were charged for over 200+ miles that would have been impossible for us to drive during our move as we only drove a total of 300 and were charged for over 540miles. We will not be using uhaul or recommend them to anyone because they are theifs.

Richard JEasy access to vehicle once I found it and located the keys in the dark. Low lit area where cars are parked and no instruction on where to find keys. Other than that it was well kept and easy to find.
RYAN EI was charged $15 for move safe when I didn’t select it when I made the reservation. I did in person pickup and the man who helped me added it without my knowledge which I feel is very wrong for him to have done.

EMERLINA LIt was an older dusty U-Haul. $105 + $18 for gas to drive 48 miles a total of two hour usage is WAY overpriced! Would use a different mode of transport next time.

RUTH SUpon arrival at this location my sister and myself were welcomed by three individuals whose names I do not remember. But I do remember that there was a new employee getting “trained” by other staff members on how to receive guests information. Which is awesome I’m all for training (if it’s done correctly) in this case it was not. The manager and the other “seasoned” employee would wonder off and handle other things while the new employee was trying to process us. In the mists of taking our info and getting charged 3100$ for a truck and a tow dolly the new hire messed up and didn’t attach the tow dolly to the rental agreement. But we did get charged for it. So the “seasoned” employee finally came into the office to help correct the problem but only made matters worse. He proceeded to argue with me and my sister that I did not get charged for any of the equipment that I was using and he was very stern on that. And for me to prove my point I had to pull up my bank account as well as the receipt for the charge showing that I was indeed billed for the equipment. He then quickly realized he effed up and had to get “traffic” on the phone to help correct this issue. Yes I was refunded for the trailer. But I was also billed another 80$? To be able to use the trailer? Moral of the story. If your gonna have people in training. Do not straight up walk away and abandon them when they are still new and don’t quite understand your procedures yet. This was a very disgusting experience and I quite frankly would not recommend u-haul to any one because of the service that me and my sister received. P.s. my sister has high social anxiety and for her to come into the office and get into a spitting match with one of your reps cause he didn’t know what he was talking about is an OBSURD way to run a business.
