I reserved three dozen blankets , but they only had one dozen on hand that was the only bummer besides that , everything was phenomenal

Was not informed there were no moving blankets until we went back for the blankets.
Kim SI arrived & checked in. Was told they'd be right with me as they had customers. Great, no problem. They then left me mid transaction every time something else came up for them to do. They did not kniw how to navigate the U-haul system on their iPhone & kept handing it to me to figure out while they went looking for the truck or to do other things. The truck was not there ready for pick-up when they went out to get it & it was well after my appointment time. Once they finally finished my check in process & left the site to go get the truck, I have been waiting 3 mins shy of an hour. By this time the movers that were hired to load the truck left, leaving me w/ a $175 no show charge. This now made a 20 ft truck way too big, i could have rented a 10 ft or 15 ft & saved a few hundred dollars since I only could take what my sister & i could load ourselves. My trip was postponed by several hour & I have to rent another U-haul, pay movers again & make a 2nd trip do to the lack of consideration, service & preparation that U-hauls authorized dealer showed to my reservation & purchase.
AMY JEveryone at the location was so helpful. I went a few days before renting to ask some questions and they were able to answer and help me out. Picking up the rental was an easy process, and again they were very helpful and polite.
Rachel DThe building and surrounding area appear to be at someone's home, which is OK I guess since they had ample space for the drop off. The interior of the building appears to be in a bit of a run-down state but this isn't their main business. Again, I would go back to this place as they were very friendly and helpful.

Rilla JOnly small issue is the steering wheel. Looks like it hand a lot of miles on it. Truck had over 100k on it.
Francis WI like the location, my truck was well used. The sun visor was broken and kept fighting me, the window crank knob kept falling off, there were multiple dents and dings all around the truck. It wasn't terrible, but there are so few amenities in a stripped down truck that when the basic stuff doesn't work it stands out.

Jordan Heverything about the pick-up experience was terrible. no internet connection, my photos were at night given my pick-up time and they would never be accepted, stuck at the approval process and I had to call, which was no help. Finally, when I was approved, couldnt open the lock. it wasnt until the guy who lives there who entered a passcode on a tablet and was able to open it and retrieve the keys when I was finally able to get the truck.

Pedro VThey did not have the equipment that I reserved and still charged me for it. The gas was wrong on the truck and I got charged a gas fee. In order to rent another truck I had to pay to get off of e- alert because the dispute process takes 24-72 hrs so they just get free money.
JEROME MYou can have a more professional location, not a petting zoo that smells like a petting zoo and with no AC in the middle of summer in July! I had flies on my arms and legs, sweat running down my back, my front, my arms were sweating. It was disgusting inside. The smell and the heat was unbearable.

Richard JVery happy with my experience. I had a last minute pickup early Monday morning. I found the Hawes bEs like carikn to be open. But I rolled in with 10 minutes to spare before close. I fully expected to be turned away, but was welcomed with open arms. Gentleman took very good care of me and my request. He operated quickly to get me out of there as timely as possible, while working through system glitches. Would go out of my way to use this family again.

LAWERENCE POn return of the truck, we dropped it off on Sunday evening and put the keys into the key return box. We never received any emails or calls from U-Haul on Monday saying that they had received the truck on Tuesday, I called them to ask him if they had everything like they should. The man who was on the phone said whoever was supposed to be checking things in the past couple of days did not do that so our truck was not officially turned in until today after 11 AM because they failed to get it checked in.
Mark GGot a truck with less than 1/8 fuel left. I added 5 gals and returned it with 1/4 full. More than when I started. They charged me for 10 gal the next day! They put on the receipt that I left the truck with only 1/16 and started with 3/8?! This location is running a shady side hustle on their small farm. I am not the first to complain about this, and sadly won’t be the last. They had me sign the signature pad before going to their lockbox and turning on the truck.

Matthew RHe system said truck had 3/4 tank of gas but it was less than that. I took a picture of it and filled it up more than what was originally in it. Still got charged for 2 more gals of gas after drop off. Please be more accurate with this
