Truck was very old so kind of clunky to drive. Took a minute for air to kick on.

Brenda FWhen i arrived they didnt have my reservation. While the young man was helpful he said his system was down and he had to add my reservation manually. This took a long time. My biggest complaint is that my trailer wasn't hooked up properly. After being told I was good to go I drove to my next location to pick up a car I had purchased. As I began to load the car driving up the ramps the trailer came completely off the hitch. This was because the guy who attached the trailer failed to engage the lock at the top of trailer hitch. I had to back the car back off the trailer, reattach the trailer, and lock it down properly. I can't tell you how bad this could have been had the trailer come off the hitch while I was either driving to my first location or after when it was fully loaded.
