It took an hour at the dealership to pick up the truck, even though I had entered all my info online. It was very frustrating for me because I was on a time schedule. They said the UHhaul computer networks were down so they couldn't dispatch the truck. Finally they dispatched it, even with the computer down. When I returned they still couldn't finalize the payment or give a receipt so they said they would email it to me. I felt bad that Uhaul's system reflected poorly on this location, but it wasn't a great experience for me.
