Their online systems say they have certain sizes but it was the but at the location booked and they called 3 times the day before and the day of changing places and driving 2 cities away to pickup the sizes needed.
STEPHEN KDid not have the dolly in the truck so had to call customer service to get that refunded and then make some calls to find a dolly early saturday morning.

Matthew PThe lock itself was very difficult to open. Additionally, this isn’t for this location, but when we went to watch the video on how to open the lock in the U-Haul app, and then clicked back, it would not take us back to our reservation to finish picking up our truck, which was very frustrating. Once we got in the lock, everything was great.
Brenda FWhen I Reserve online I say no to insurance. When I pick it up insurance is added. Was not shown the additional charge, no signature required, no physical receipt given. Last time I rented the exact same thing happened but at least the person told me the insurance was added and I had a chance to decline. Looks like a system error where its added even when you say no. Overcharging me despite having refused it during reservation process.
don wThe rental was supposed to start at 7:00am, there was no one there, and the truck I was assigned was blocked so it could not get out. I had to make another reservation at another location.
BRAD AMake sure that the equipment is in the back of the truck. I didn’t receive my dolly. I’m want to make sure that I don’t get charged.
MARVIN AI changed reservations onsite because the size of trailer was not big enough- the new trailer was not inspected of cleaned, it was full of equipment (dollies & blankets) I removed myself, the blankets I reserved were not provided for me (I selected from those I removed), and they did not offer to help hook the trailer up, nor did they check it was done properly and lights working.
Ammon CThe guy was great. Turning left into their lot on a busy street was almost impossible. I was sad I couldn’t turn in my truck and the trailer at the same time. I don’t blame the location, I blame uhaul.

Lyle AIt took an hour at the dealership to pick up the truck, even though I had entered all my info online. It was very frustrating for me because I was on a time schedule. They said the UHhaul computer networks were down so they couldn't dispatch the truck. Finally they dispatched it, even with the computer down. When I returned they still couldn't finalize the payment or give a receipt so they said they would email it to me. I felt bad that Uhaul's system reflected poorly on this location, but it wasn't a great experience for me.
