Supreme automotive was good and helpful. They did not do anything wrong. My complaint is with U-Haul's reservation system and the lack of transparency through that process. When choosing a truck and location to reserve, there was no indication whatsoever that there may not be stock available. We were informed after placing our reservation that if we wanted a truck, we would have to pick it up from 30-40 minutes away. The location was not accessible by public transit, so there was no way to pick up the truck without leaving our car, which we needed to keep possession of, other than both driving to the location. That means we had to give up almost 3 hours of packing time (between the 2 of us) on a very busy moving day, instead of being able to pick up the truck 1 mile from our house. Also, while we were comped for the miles, we had to pay for gas for the additional driving, which was basically an annoying extra $7-10 fee we had to pay in addition to spending almost 3 extra hours on just picking up the truck. Very bad experience.

We were bottlenecked at the entrance by a stalled vehicle. I squeezed in at an angle with a 26' van, complicating the situation with no alternative. A nice young man quickly ran out and took care of the vehicle and told me to go on my way, very friendly and efficient. Thank you!
Jocelyn RIt's just too small and crowded. Part of their parking lot is used by a nearby apartment complex. When I first got there, I accidentally drove the 26' Uhaul into a corner that was tricky to back out of. Everything went well and the guys where helpful, but it was high stress making sure the equipment didn't get damaged.
