The rental was supposed to start at 7:00am, there was no one there, and the truck I was assigned was blocked so it could not get out. I had to make another reservation at another location.
BRAD AMake sure that the equipment is in the back of the truck. I didn’t receive my dolly. I’m want to make sure that I don’t get charged.
MARVIN AThe guy was great. Turning left into their lot on a busy street was almost impossible. I was sad I couldn’t turn in my truck and the trailer at the same time. I don’t blame the location, I blame uhaul.

Lyle AIt took an hour at the dealership to pick up the truck, even though I had entered all my info online. It was very frustrating for me because I was on a time schedule. They said the UHhaul computer networks were down so they couldn't dispatch the truck. Finally they dispatched it, even with the computer down. When I returned they still couldn't finalize the payment or give a receipt so they said they would email it to me. I felt bad that Uhaul's system reflected poorly on this location, but it wasn't a great experience for me.
