The men who worked the shop were rude about where we parked our car to retrieve truck. The truck was dirty inside and they charged me 10 for appliance utility that was not in truck .

The vehicle was not clean. There was mud all over the driver side floorboard & trash in the cup holders & side of the door.

I live out of state and rented this for a friend man I never seen someone tax somebody like they did $130 for literally maybe 3 hours at the most never again ! Georgia is pitiful or maybe just this location

Make sure the equipment requested is actually in the vehicle. Also the gas was on E and check engine light stayed on the whole time. Returning is always a pain with mobile return, but overall got the job done.

I was charged for a dolly that I didn't get. I'm being charged for 1/4 of gas when there was 1/8 of gas. The truck was already dirty. The ppl that had automotive car center who has uhaul on their property didn't want to help.

The place was filled the, unsafe, you had to enter the place via outdoor where they were doing motor vehicle repairs. Disgusting! Someone needs to shut this place down. It is very unsafe.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. A representative by the name of Nicole or one of her representatives, charged me a $25.00 cleaning fee. Nicole and/or her representative declined to email the pictures of the “dirty” cab. Upon review from Uhal Corporate, I was gladly refunded my $25.00. The “dirty” cab, did not rise to the level of a charge of $25.00 cleaning fee. I would highly, not recommend this location to anyone who wants to pick up and/or return a Uhal truck to this location.

When I made my reservation I requested to check-in with a person rather than online. When I arrived the uhaul rep wasn't there. I had to call the 1800 number to get assistance with check-in. When I checked the truck the dolly and furniture pads were not in the vehicle so I asked a mechanic if he could get the items. Luckily I was still on the phone with the rep because he wouldn't give them to me without verifying it with her. Mind you I had my receipt which he never asked for. The handle to climb in the truck was filthy! I used a wipe to clean it and it still felt gross. The truck was convenient but I definitely won't go back to this location. Did I mention that it almost 30 minutes to get the truck because no one there to assist me.

Very unprofessional, not well prepared, not able or willing to work with the customer. I had a scheduled appointment for 9am, but didn’t get taken care of until about 10am. I’m sure that we weren’t the only ones treated in this manner. I recommend that this facility be given a “surprise visit by corporate representatives, as I am considering notifying the B.B.B. And as a result of this, I cannot in good conscience, ever refer anyone else to use this establishment.

Truck wouldn’t crank, truck had roaches, on the highway it was swerving, the windshield wipers weren’t working too good and it rained all day, the dashboard said it needed tire maintenance. This was a ragady truck, very ragady!!

Truck cabin smelled liked smoke, visor was broken (interfered with ability to see out window well) and button to turn on/off headlights fell out of its spot making it hard to turn off headlights. Utility dolley was not in truck when picking up. Location made me do mobile check in which took me 30 minutes rather doing it in person. Keys were not in pickup box for mobile check in so I had to get help from a person anyways.

The lock boxes with key was not the same key code given by uhual. Please obtain the correct codes from individuals whom are at the location. It was very frustrating and time consuming not having the right information.

Inform your renters that the 10’ trucks don’t have ramps for loading. I had a very hard time as a female loading the truck without a ramp. It caused me more time than I anticipated. It is very frustrating paying for a truck that you don’t have all the parts. I had to find out when I was beginning to load the truck.

When i received the U-Haul , the screen on the speedometer said please put air in rr tire and lr tire . The engine light was on and the truck would shake would you get around 50/55 mph. Very unacceptable.

I had a really horrible experience with U-hual. Two hours before my pick-up time they changed my pick up location. It was so much farther away than what I needed which then added miles for me to pay for. When I picked up my truck, the back had been left open during the recent rain storms and the back was muddy and wet. I will do everything I can to not use U-Hual again.

1. The vendor did not provide the ordered equipment at the time if rental pick up. 2. The location is not well lit and there was zero organization as far as parking (getting the vehicle out from parked location was trying) 3. Service (to connect to Uhaul for checking in/checking out was intermittent. 4. Not all representatives (call center) we able to adequately assist…I called in three times to get assistance at the time of pickup

Make sure the truck can actually start and the requested equipment is actually in there. I got charged for 3 pieces of equipment that I was never provided and for 2 hours of waiting on roadside assistance to come repair the truck before I could even get it off the lot. Completely unsatisfactory.

Truck was not clean. Tire pressure was low. I was overcharged and had to file complaint. This is the second rental in the past 60 days where I experienced poor customer service and poorly maintained equipment.

When I checked out the van , I didn’t realize I had to set the fuel , so when I returned it .. I then realized it asked me where the gas was . I added gas to the tank so it could be where it was when I got it . Basically , I think all gas should be recorded by photos so customers aren’t confused . I was charged $20 although I put fuel back to where it was .
