2pm. I go 1 mile down the street from my storage to pickup the truck after finding out the nearby manned stores were closed on Saturday. I had reserved 2 movers who were on time & on the clock at 2pm. I expected to be in & out of uhaul in about 15 minutes as usual. First 15 minutes. The guys at the tire shop are not friendly to visitors who are not buying tires so anyone visiting will be asking for help until someone feels like helping. I was not expecting to pick up a uhaul truck at a used tire shop. Next 15 minutes. Finally someone yelling at me points me to a general uhaul number on the wall inside the tire bay as he walks by. A person at that number helps a little but just enough so I know I am at the right place to be transfered on the phone to uhaul share services. Next hour+. I'm on the phone with a guy who is barely helpful so anyone that's not tech savvy will experience longer times to pick up the truck. You have to take beadshot pics that the app mostly rejects, license pics that do pick up codes quickly & truck pics that have to be up loaded, read & agree to documents, figure out how to get key from lock box (find the lock box with no help). Check the truck as usual. Figure out where you can leave your car. 2 hours of mover time wasted but the bigger issue is that the storage access stops at 9 pm. I needed at least one of those hours to unload the final load but we could not get into the destination storage that night because after our final load was loaded, it was alreaded 9pm. Next day, Easter Sunday. Too many family commitments for me, movers & most people to get any help so the truck sat at my house all day. By the time I got two more movers reserved on monday, they could only move the tuesday morning. That 2 hour truck pickup cost me 3 days extra truck billing + milage to & from my house rather than finishing that night & returning the truck, never rent from these unmanned satellite locations, they waste too much time & don't really care what it cost the customer.

The truck would barely open. I’m a woman so it took a lot out of me to open it. Also the fuel knob was stuck… I say stuck because I had to get a man to open it and he could barely open it.
NICHOLE WYes, location can use more lighting on the property for pickup and return customers at night.
KIMBERLY RChecked me in after I turned truck in and mileage increases.
Evelyn HMy bill was incorrect. I have had to contact you twice. There was a $41.90 Fuel charge billed in error. That was fixed, no problem. Today I check my account to find an $89.59 pending charge. Why? Who is not doing the billing correctly? Please correct it. I sent a request.
