This place is the most ghetto place I have ever been. First of allI had to go look for their staff for about 10 minutes, because there was no one at the site, second they I got the rental for 24 hours and returned it in less than 5 hours, these people charged me for an extra 24 hours the next day because they didn’t do their job. I had to call multiple times and multiple numbers. They were keep giving me a different number to call to be helped, just because some stupid person didn’t his job.

U-Haul switched my location and I will never go back there! When we arrived the gentleman was very rude and said I’d have to pay for an extra day because I was there 45 mins before my pickup time. I’ve NEVER had that happen. Then he told us we had the wrong height hitch and refused to hook it up. No problem, but I could have found that out 45 mins ago when I arrived! I went and bought a hitch at Walmart and returned. He gave me a trailer with the wrong license plate and I had to point out he gave me the wrong one. Overall the experience at this location was horrible.

Not my ideal place, looked like a Sanford & Son yard.

Had an 8:00 am pick up when we got there the location wasn’t even open at 8 then the truck wasn’t ready. An employee had taken the key home so it took an hour to get the key and the truck and trailer hooked up. It was poorly ran and no one was prepared for us to pick the truck up.
