No way to get truck out, over an hour wasted on phone call transfers and getting things taken care to get the truck. Very dangerous area because of CX on axis road. The area field manager's approach to it all was not taken very well, but he did get us the truck, and I will leave it at that.

Francisco LThey charged me for an extra day when I returned the equipment 1 day early. The place was filthy. They also charged me for 6 gallons of gas when I returned the truck with more gas than when I picked it up.
Anthony DI did the Uhaul return after hours at 6pm. I fully completed the self return process on the app but there as no orange dropbox for keys at this site. There were coded locked boxes on the gate but I had no way to get into them to place a key as scanning the Uhaul 24 hour barcode just opened the app and took me to my completed return. I even called a nearby Uhaul location to make sure I was in the right place. Keys are stuffed behind the lockbox since I have no way of opening it.
