Although the employees and location are excellent, the service from U-Haul was terrible. The vehicle I had reserved two weeks in advance wasn't ready for pick-up. I was lucky a smaller vehicle was available, otherwise I was told I'd have to go to another location to try and find a vehicle. By the time this fiasco was sorted out I was an hour behind a very tight schedule. U-Haul was unapologetic and denied any responsibility for their mistake. When asked to discount the cost or make some other restitution for the inconvenience they caused, and extra cost incurred by me by the delay U-Haul flatly refused, saying there was no cause to do so.
