At pickup the tire pressure monitor. was faulty. The fuel tank was well below 1/2 full. I drove 35 km and Uhaul claims to have put in 21 l of fuel in addition to the 3 l that I put in. This amounts to 24 litres of fuel to drive 35 km. The first agent I contacted claimed it should have taken 7 litres which is certainly reasonable but the powers above him say it was my driving habits that used all that fuel. This is ridiculous and is an insult to even suggest this. Because of these points, I can only conclude that Uhaul is a very dishonest company and I WILL NEVER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH A COMPANY that has absolutely no integrity.

I was charged twice for the rental. I am still trying to get my money back.
Rocco MOverall, it’s great but they happened to charge me for 2 days which I booked for 8 hours and I returned the truck earlier. Somehow I check the bill and saying I returned on the next day. However it get sorted out. Hopefully I receive my refund back soon.

June SThe van worked for the job, but there was a strong unpleasant smell inside the cabin when the heater was turned on. It smelled like the cabin air filter had not been changed for a long time. It would be good if the filter was checked and replaced, because the odor becomes very noticeable when the heating is running.
