PAUL WMy experience with the employees at this UHaul location was great! They were patient when I called regarding the process of using my phone to check-in to get the truck since I was scheduled to get it prior to them opening. The only issue I had was the upkeep of the vehicle. It had not been swept out in the back prior to me picking it up and was filthy. I had to sweep it since one of the stipulations is to make sure it is clean before returning it. I would suggest the employees do an overview of the vehicle when it is returned or before it is scheduled to be picked up so the customer receiving it gets a clean vehicle.

DARCEL DThis location was a U-Haul agent, not a U-Haul rental center. The people running it are very nice and did a great job hooking up my trailer and getting me on the road.

Talihah WI make a point to always check Swags N Stuff availability every time I need a rental, and also if returning a one-way. This is perhaps 10-12 instances with another planned next week. The folks there are wonderful people and make you feel part of their neighborhood. The location is convenient and easy to get in and out. Unless there isn’t current availability here, there’s no reason to go anywhere else!
DONALD POverall, the truck was cleaned. However, we did find food crumbs in the front cabin which we had not checked but when turned in the drop-off point noted it. We brushed it off in front of her, but we did not eat in the cab. Otherwise, the U-Haul experience was fine.

Karen ZPlease improve the quality of the U-Haul app to make it more user friendly; it is hard to keep myself in the same page with the app. Sometimes there is a glitch of the app refreshing itself and I had to start all over again. Additionally, I thought I did not complete the process in the app, then I was shown a page that I have completed everything.

Joseph OTruck interior could have been a WHOLE lot cleaner. There was sticky/spill residue and food crumbs/pieces everywhere. I had to use disinfecting wipes to clean the interior. The TPMS light was on, and the gas tank reading was incorrect. Reading was marked at half tank, but there was a quarter less than half.
Bryon FI arrived 45 minutes late due to an unforeseen circumstance. Our vehicle was waiting for us complete with our accessories. I will use them again.
