I reserved my truck almost a week in advance and requested an online check-in so I could obtain it outside of the location's operating hours. When I attempted to pick up the vehicle, however, I could not complete the online check-in process because there was an issue with my reservation. Consequently, I had to wait until the location opened to complete the check-in process, which was a huge inconvenience and put me drastically behind schedule. To make matters worse, when I arrived at the location, I was not only told that another customer had picked up my reserved vehicle overnight, but I was also informed that the location did not have another truck of the same size available (which explained why I was unable to complete the online check-in process). I was offered a larger truck for the same rate, which I accepted because I did not have time to make other arrangements. But given the nature of the items I needed to transport, the larger truck was also an inconvenience because of the logistics associated with it. So, although the gentleman helping me was very nice and accommodating, overall, I had a very poor experience.
