Kenya BundrageI reserved my truck almost a week in advance and requested an online check-in so I could obtain it outside of the location’s operating hours. When I attempted to pick up the vehicle, however, I could not complete the online check-in process because there was an issue with my reservation. Consequently, I had to wait until the location opened to complete the check-in process, which was a huge inconvenience and put me drastically behind schedule. To make matters worse, when I arrived at the location, I was not only told that another customer had picked up my reserved vehicle overnight, but I was also informed that the location did not have another truck of the same size available (which explained why I was unable to complete the online check-in process). I was offered a larger truck for the same rate, which I accepted because I did not have time to make other arrangements. But given the nature of the items I needed to transport, the larger truck was also an inconvenience because of the logistics associated with it. So, although the gentleman helping me was very nice and accommodating, overall, I had a very poor experience.

Carrie CaveFirst of all the check engine light was on since I picked up the vehicle... then I request a dolly and a furniture pad and the guy has to nerve to not even let me know....... he took damn near an hour to "verify my reference " but he couldn't tell me there was no dolly for me so I can arrange to make other plans.... this is wild I want my money back for everything because bot I'm forced to rent another truck of something, on the 4th weekend at that.... do not do business with this place!!!! Somehow you will regret it...
Destine MckelvieThe check in experience was horrible and took 45 minutes. We were told that the reservation didn’t exist and then that a registered driver was not on the account, even though they were. Customer support took a very long time to respond and when we tried to figure out if they even saw our request for help were rude. Once they finally did find out that the driver was approved, they skipped past the section where we check the pictures to make sure the truck was in good condition and at the fuel level that the was shown so we couldn’t approve them. The key to the lockbox with our key in it also was not working and we had to get the information for the universal key. After all that the truck itself was not running well. The brakes were malfunctioning and it was stopping and starting the entire drive. We did not feel comfortable taking it on the highway because it was driving that poorly. The truck should be checked before anyone else drives it.

Joseph OslerThe vehicle was pulling like the transmission going out. I didn't have a problem with the location,my problem was with Uhaul. After I scheduled my pickup, I arrived at the location. I was told upon my arrival that there was a code on my account (which was a mistake), but I had to call an 1800 uhaul number to get it removed. This issue caused me to be delayed. It's something that shouldn't have happened. This was my second time renting a uhaul, so I wasn't sure what was going on or why a "code" was placed on me. The problem was resolved eventually , I didn't have a balance or owed anything. The representative did apologize, but this still caused a problem. They need to have these issues resolved prior, not after I arrive for pickup.

idris aliNothing needs improvement. The folks at Swags are exceptionally friendly and efficient, knowledgeable and helpful on the Uhaul services. They will be my go-to place for future rentals. They could use some additional equipment, trailers so they could expand the rental opportunities.
