I am very dissatisfied. To begin with, my reservation was for the 24/7 mobile pickup. When I got to the location, the option to start pickup was not available on the app so I called uhaul customer service and they said the truck had not been checked in so I could not check it out yet and they told me to go inside the copycat xpress and have them check it in so I could take the truck. The copycat xpress was not open and I waited for an hour to see if someone would come open the store so I could get the truck. No one ever came. I called customer service back and they found me another truck at a location a few miles away. I had taken an uber to the first location so now we had to take another uber further away. Finally got the truck, the a/c didn't work, it was dirty and smelled bad and the check engine light was on and the moving dolly I ordered was not available at this location. This location made it further from my home and the new destination I was moving to. Just not happy at all. I paid way more than I should have for this rental to have so many things go wrong.AYSHA H.

Absolutely the worse rental experience ever. If uHaul wants to be successful with the self-pick-up model you need to find a better way to authenticate the customer. So basically at pick-up, you all had me go to a bad part of town, and stand out in the heat for 45 minutes while some nimrod tried to contact somebody I know who could verify I was who I said I was. It was ridiculous. He must have contacted one of the name/phone numbers I had given, I don't know, maybe not and that whole exercise had no purpose other than to torture me. I did call the phone number out of respiration after about 20 minutes. It took at least another 20 minutes before anyone answered the phone, but once they did, it was like a gust of cool air and the gentleman who helped my from a truly tragic customer experience was terrific. And when I went into the place to get the key, first the absolutely ignored me then looked at me like I had interrupted their peaceful afternoon. The one gentleman treated me as if I was an idiot and just didn't understand. I will never do that again nor will I recommend it to anyone. And I am a very loyal uHaul customer.Adam D.

The original location didn't have the trailer. They did give me the mentioned "if we dont have your trailer gaureente . They issue a $50 credit. The store owner in Snellville GA was super professional and polite. Got me the trailer I needed. I love using Uhaul, great equipment and great serviceDavid B.

The lady who checked us in at Swags N Stuff, took our information and printed out the contract, and went outside with us outside to the fifteen-foot truck we rented was very nice, polite and professional. All questions were answered and she made sure we were happy with the vehicle. From time of arrival to our drive-out was less than twenty minutes. We were very happy with the check-out. I am still waiting for someone to contact me shoot the charges. I made a reservation for a small 1 bedroom apartment size truck and when I showed up I got this giant monster of a truck and it was more money than the reservation I made online. It only came with 50 miles which was nowhere near enough, so I got charged $20 for mileage (annoying but expected) and I also got charged another $60 for having a larger truck that I never wanted!! The staff at the pickup location was both friendly and helpful. The trailer was clean, but it had seen better days. While functional and a heavy duty trailer, it was difficult to find any spot on the trailer that was not already marked as damaged/dinged/scratched.Robert V.

Swags and Stuff customer service was horrible. He called at 12:41 to see if I would be there by 1:00. I advised him my reservation was for 2:00. He then go back and forth with me about what he is looking at in the computer. It took too long to process the paper work, he stated the was something computer wrong with his computer. He then pulled out a laptop. He had a very rude attitude. I was not given a dolly, when arrived to my destination I called he did not answer the phone. I called customer service and was sent to another location to get a dolly. When I arrived at the second store I was first told I could not do it that way. I then advised him it was noted in the computer by a representative, he then started to connect the dots. Horrible experience all around! Not to mention I'll be charged for the miles I drove to get the dolly!Shaveka L.
