This was a 26' truck. When I pulled out onto the main road, I immediately noticed the alignment was off, and not just a little. I was off by probably 10-15 degrees. The steering wheel was pointed at about 10:00. That was pretty frustrating for my 10.5 hour drive. Secondly, It looked like no one cleaned the lower cupholder. Lastly, I believe there's a bad wheel speed sensor. When I hit 70 mph, the ABS light and traction control light went off and I had no cruise control. These are the same symptoms I had on a car that had a bad Wheel Speed Sensor. When I mentioned this to the uhaul guy at drop off, he said it might have been on purpose to keep people from falling asleep; however, when I rented a 26' truck in January, the cruise control worked. Overall, not the greatest experience with the truck.

I ordered the haul through the corporate phone number and when I received my follow up reservation I did not have any travel insurance which I did order. I had to reorder the insurance. From a corporate stand point I would review the procedures to implement so this doesn’t happen for all your customers.

PAUL VTook about 40 minutes to figure out how to do the online application cutting into my moving time. The location did not have a sign and trucks not visible from the road and was also 14 miles out of the way when there is a uhual location 1 mile from my residence. Costing me more at .99/mile. Returned truck with more gas than when picked up and nothing was deducted from bill. I will find a different service if I move in the future.
