How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had a great experience. Jordyn, (customer assistant) was very helpful and knew the process very well. This made the experience much better than when I rented in the past. I will definitely use this location again.
DAVE RNowhere on my reservation did it say that I had to pay an extra $100 because your system flagged my debit card as a prepaid card. That needs to be made clear to people that are moving on a limited budget. Therefore I was not able to fill up the truck when I returned it because they took my gas and food . I’m not happy.
