Be honest....I did a one way rental and was told that if I didn't use all 5 day it will be refunded to my card. When I turned the trailer in at the Tallahassee location the UHaul Rep said that there are no refund for the days no used. I was lied to, because I asked that question before I rented the trailer. If I had known that I would not have paid over $500 for a 2 day rental. This is piss poor customer service and I will be contacting the Better Business Bereau and the local news station.

Sherie VI ordered a 24/7 U-Haul with a 9:30 pick up because I had movers for 10:00 When I arrived, no truck was assigned to me by the location and nobody showed up until 10:00 The attendant was rude, laughed about my situation and refused to try and resolve the inconvenience. I was dismissed and wouldn’t recommend not only the pick up location but at this point I would not recommend U-Haul.
