I received the keys to the truck and when I got in there was literally 6 miles until empty. I understand we cannot always get a full tank of gas however only have 6 miles left was insane. I had to gas the truck immediately.

Tonya CRented a 6x12 trailer for a cross country move. Trailer was outdated, dirty, corrosive (specially tires bolts), night lights didn’t work, roll up door was very hard to open and close, seems there were some infiltration from outside. Also, didn’t like that you choose a pick up location and they always change it. Have rented trailers from U-Haul several times and never had an issue. This time wasn’t lucky. Very disappointed!
