I shouldn’t have to drive 25 minutes to drop off the truck, when there’s 2 locations in the town I moved to. I had to pay for an Uber to take me home.
BO DRaneshia D is a ROCK STAR!! SHE NEEDS A DOUBLE RAISE!! HONESTLY, that woman took good care of me personally after a frightful drive!! Bless her soul she's the only one working the yard! Treat your employees like gold and you'll keep the good ones!!!
linda aI paid 40 dollars for 2 dozen moving blankets and there were not moving blankets in the truck at all and there was no way to remove them from my reservation. So I paid 40 dollars for an item that I did not get to use. When I picked the truck up I took a picture of the empty back as proof there were no moving blankets.

JOHN MThis was not our original pick up location. We were not happy we had to drive 23 miles out of our way to pick up a truck that was supposed to be available 2 miles from our location. However, the girl at this location was extremely helpful and was also surprised that nothing more was done for us because of the mixup. The place was clean and easily located and the girl we worked with was extremely helpful and professional.

William DGas tank had one mike on it. The computer didn’t work. We were signed up to pick up in sandusky but it got moved 45 minutes out of the way to Fremont. The First Lady on phone was nasty. Next two people and pick up person were nice and professional. All around terrible experience.

DONNIE SFremont uhaul sucks!!!! I reserved a 20 ft truck to move one way. Would of cost me around $130. (Swim rite) uhaul called me the day before my reservation and said the owner would cut me a deal if I would bring the truck back to them so they can continue to rent it out. Get there… got the uhaul and now it’s costing me over $170 for my move cuz I only put half the gas in. My move was only 34 miles away and could of dropped it off in Sandusky as I planned! I’m not paying the full amount of gas when they’re the ones who wanted it back!!! Been on the phone with corporate for several days cuz if Swim Rite wanted the uhaul brought back to them then they should eat the cost of the return trip NOT ME!!!

Michael EI had a 9am appointment and did all the precheck-steps and it still took me over an hour to pickup my trailer.
Levi SI did not care for my having to use my smart phone to complete the rental process because the signal kept getting cut off. Finally, the agent pulled out her phone and was able to complete after a couple of dropped signals as well. Haven' t you heard of computers at your rental locations?
