After I was moved in, my family dropped the truck off at Swim Rite. They were closed at the time, so the keys were dropped off without talking to any staff.

It was good until I was charged 18 for overage for miles I didn't understand how! There is no way I was over 41 miles! A rip off!!

My original pickup location was in Clyde Ohio and I was sent to Fremont to pick up the trailer. It's another 20 minutes away. When I got there the associate that waited on me was rude. The very friendly associate in Clyde suggested that the Fremont office would give me a discount for the inconvenience. The associate in Fremont just completely ignored my concerns of why the location was moved.

Trailer had some heavy damage to fenders. It towed well and is very heavy duty (like all U-Haul equipment) but has obviously been abused.

Your webpage needs improvement on returning the rental. Tried twice to use the webpage no luck. Called the 800 number. The first person was rude and not helpful. Called again the second lady was polite and helpful took my information and would pass the information to a person would have my rental recorded. I picked up the trailer on Saturday afternoon at 1:45pm returned Sunday at 1:00pm. The person I rented the trailer told me 3 times if I had trouble using the webpage to call the 800 number they would take care of the issue of returning the trailer. The people that I rented the trailer were very polite.

The drop off procedure is a real pain. I have an android and due to inability to connect to the internet I was unable to properly drop off the truck. I had to call two different numbers to get a person to assist me in the first place. Then when he could not assist I was told to call back. The person told me just to keep the pics just in case but not to worry. So I wasted my time. Why did the first person not tell me that?! Either work out the bugs or change back to the way drop off used to be. Also not everyone has smart phones.

Swim Rite Pools does an excellent job in taking care of their customers. That is the main reason I choose this location for rental pickup. It is also convenient for me. I made this reservation three weeks in advance. Three days before my pickup date, I am told the trailer needs to be picked up 15 miles away one way in the wrong direction of my use. For pickup and return, that is 60 miles total. This is unacceptable. After I made a couple of phone calls, the pickup location was changed to Swim Rite Pools. Thank you for making the change. In the end, it appears your scheduling process needs someone local to look at the situation to see if what is happening makes sense. In this case, the scheduling did not make sense.

The system wasnt working properly when we had to scan our ID. Then when I tried to return the truck I couldn't return it through the website. Therefore I got charged an extra $20. I returned the truck on the date I was suppose to and yet I am getting charged more due to the site not working correctly.

The truck itself- the drivers rear view curved mirror showed only the back bumper area, did not seam to be adjustable. The truck did not have cruise control. I wasn't able to adjust the seat height or the seat back tilt. The steering wheel tilt was not adjustable. Since I am 5'4", these issues did make the long drive less comfortable, especially the last day.

I received exactly what I reserved for my move. The dealer in Fremont was great! Wonderful people to do business with. I would recommend this dealer to anyone needing to rent a moving truck. Thank you for a smooth move. U Haul trully made my move easier.

Your rental system is terrible the worker entered our information 5 times before it went through l had to take 3 pictures of my driver's license through your app which i clearly do not feel is secure due to all the attempts to complete an application that had already been reserved on line .Worker was above and beyond gracious for the hour and 10 minutes we waited to get our uhaul

The unit seems to have a wheel bearing or u joint going, the squeak is constant and with speed. Just did not want anything bad to happen while it is out on rental.

Do not trust the web site for your reservations! CALL the local uhaul rep. and confirm the reservation. If you want a pickup location and certain size truck, call. The web site will "update" your reservations and screw you over.

Gas tank was just over 1/4 tank. So you obviously charged someone for not returning it full. How do you know how much to charge them? You didn't fill it! Everything else from customer service to a clean truck was outstanding.

Suggestion at drop off locations to have a camera to inspect truck on arrival when it is after hours. I took my own picks and still have not received verification that truck was ok and the receipt for the 8 miles over limit whick I also took pic of milage n fuel level. Thank you again...

When I topped tank off to my 1/2 full that was actually slightly less I filled back to that mark by turning on and off ignition to get spot on the gas gauge stuck and not till I rocked the truck did it pop up to 3/4 of a tank which cost me an additional 35.00! Other than that the customer service was excellent. Thanks

I called to reserve this truck and told the lady at the desk I was picking up 14 12ft church pews. She advised me to get the 26 ft truck so I could lay the pews end to end and wouldn't have to stack as tall. Since the pews were very heavy and my husband and I the only ones traveling to get them we agreed this would be worth the extra money. When we drove to the church location and began loading pews however we realized the bottom of the truck was only 22 ft. We could not place the pews end to end. We ended up having to pay some men to help us stack the pews 4 tall. I could have saved about $100 renting the 14 ft truck, not to mention the savings in fuel usage as our drive was over 200 miles. I think your company should reimburse us the difference in rental trucks. However when I called the uhaul office I used I not only did not  get a sincere apology, I was also told there was nothing they could do for me. The truck also rattled so violently it made your teeth chatter. For a 200 mile drive thats pretty scary.

auto transport ratchets were in operational condition, but very unfriendly. Rust and difficult to operate. Sales associate was trying to give a tutorial and did not even know how to operate the ratchets or locking mechanism on the hitch.....two more employees had to come out to loosen ratchets.....
