Dear Customer Service Team I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your Fremont, OH location on 5/22/2026. As a first-time U-Haul customer, I found the overall service to be very poor! The representative at the counter was unprofessional and made me feel like an inconvenience. When I asked questions about how the app functioned and the return policy, she dismissively informed me that the app rarely works for returns and would likely not accept my photos. Furthermore, while performing the initial inspection, I discovered that the license plate on the unit did not match the information provided in the app. When I reluctantly returned to the office to report this discrepancy, the representative responded with a dismissive attitude, stating "o well thats what is on there nothing I can do" There was nothing wrong with the trailer I am very happy with how it made my day a easier.
