Truck battery was dead they said they were going to replace the battery but they jumped started it when I dropped the truck off in Moline,IL they said this truck should never been given to me it made noise all the out there sparks were coming out of the engine arei will never go there again maybe uhaul peroid

Poor from the start. Seemed put out we were there. First thing out of his mouth is that he is locked out of the system and looked at us. I said we need the trailer so then he called someone. We paid and then he made my 69 year old husband pull the trailer to the truck hitch. He wasn’t sure how to hook up the lights and then sent us to a different U-Haul to hook up the chains as he did not know how. Only good thing about the experience is he made sure the trailer lights worked once hooked up.

1) Workers did not know how to properly hook up cables for UHaul trailer. 2) U-Haul system was down when we tried to pick up the trailer - not TAT Auto Spa's fault. They helped by calling U-Haul rep to OK the trailer rental. 3) We did not see U-Haul signage from the street.

When we picked up the truck, there was a guy sitting in the truck in the car wash parking lot and did not know we were renting it. Then when we dropped it off, one of the carwash guys said I could just give him the key. I didn't feel very comfortable with the whole thing. Then a few days later I got a call (maybe from corporate.) Im not sure why they called. It almost seemed like they lost track of the truck!?!

I got charged $10 for a dolly that I never received yet alone used. And my charges came out to $50 instead of $20 or $30 and that is with a dolly! Horrible.

Retrieving the van took 40min. at that point I was ready to cancel; AND the requested equipment was not in the van. Called the 800# immediately and still got charged.

Your location was fine. I had a reservation for two weeks at the Hodgkin location. When I went to pick up the truck was not available. I understand the person didn’t return it on time but they did nothing to inform me ahead of time.

When we went to check in for the uhaul last night no one was there to give us the key and we were not able to get the truck despite having made a reservation before hand. Please issue us a refund, and we’d like the uhaul $50 guarantee for not having the truck available. When emailed this to the customer service, no one responded. Please respond.

Very obscure location. No street signage for Uhaul or for the address (until you're past it). Took work to find it.

This was the second truck I had to buy that day because the first location wasn’t there to give me keys. I had to downgrade to a smaller truck, which meant more miles, more trips, more time, time lost moving, and I had to return the truck to the original store instead of where I was going, then Uber back. In all I spent way more money because I got screwed over on the first location. Even with the $50 credit that was given to me by UHaul, I had to spend more money, and more time.
