Great customer service I booked for the wrong date but they accommodated me anyway !

This was the first time we had used this U-Haul service and we really have to say...that the owner Clare is probably the most incredible U-Haul owner we had ever had the privilege to meet. And believe me we have rented a lot of U-Hauls across BC. From the moment we drove into their U-Haul compound - Clare was efficient and organized and made sure that we had the best trailer- assisting us to not only connect but spending quality time with us to ensure we were satisfied. She was friendly, helpful and made the whole trailer rental experience unforgettably excellent. We have to say that she went above and beyond to assist us - operating with real integrity she helped us through a long and tiring moving day. This U-Haul service on Vancouver island is hands down the best we've ever been to. We have nothing but high praise for TC Highway Storage. We were so happy we reserved there.. Thank you - we will absolutely be back again. TC Highway U-Haul - you are the best! Ps. Make sure you reserve with TC Highway as the Antique Barn U-Haul no longer exists.

Perfect van for moving my personal possessions

Have a question about our last uhaul rental, about 3 weeks ago. Since that time, my husband has not been able to find his key to our Chrysler van. The uhaul was rented from and returned to the Duncan location. We wondered today if he had left his key bog in that van, and someone stuffed in a desk drawer? Does that location have a lost and found ?

Well that would be have the truck I booked where I booked it. In Duncan not Chemainus. I put 20 klms on the truck driving to pick it up in another town. This caused extra milage charges on my bill. Also my no furniture dollies at either location. Claire at the Chemainus location was great by the way.

Claire was so helpful and made sure we were in agreement as to the condition of the trailer inside and outside. She hooked up the trailer for us and checked lights before we drove off. Best place in Chemainus to rent a trailer.

Really open 24 hours, fantastic service and support

Nice person. The unfair part of this was I asked if there is anything else I need to do after returning and she told me no. I forgot coffee cup and a paper in the van. If she had said make sure garbage was removed I would have. They charge a $25 cleaning fee. That was unexpected. As well I was told don't worry about gas after she asked how much I paid for the rental. Then I got a bill for gas and the cleaning fee. More transparency would have been useful.

Clair really came through when we were in a bind and our truck wasn't available for after hours pickup at another location in Nanaimo. Clair was really friendly, and the truck was clean. Yes, this location is open 24/7!
