Absolutely nothing. Claire listened to all my concerns, was extremely knowledgeable about different routes & road closures that may require long detours and therefore more mileage. She has superior customer relations skills and was very efficient writing up & explaining my contract.

I've used UHaul quite a few times over the years and it often involved frustration. This was, by far, the best experience I've had from start to finish. I booked the truck directly with the location and everything went smoothly. Claire is super friendly, efficient and a real pleasure to deal with.
