The only criticism I have of U-Haul was that the drop-off location was different from the one agreed on when I took the vehicle out. Why wasn't I told that I could not drop off in Sandpoint, ID before I took it? The actual drop-off site was closer than Sandpoint and thus better in a way. It would have been better to know in advance, though.
