Pick location was not where I had reserved. I was called the morning after driving from Washington state to Montana . before telling me I had to drive an hour and a half in order to get what I reserved. I was not told on the phone when I made my reservation that it might play out like that and to top it of after a three hour Roy d trip that I had to buy gas for I was charged an additional 23 dollars when I returned the truck for mileage so my over all experience was not the greatest and while the location was nice for the rental I can not in good faith recommend U-HAUL to any friends or family moving forward.
