The cinches on the auto transport were stiff and rusted, which made them hard to use. Mike at Trout Creek went above and beyond to get me up and running though, which made all the difference!

MELISSA HNothing. They had to take in a rental return trailer that I dropped off after returning from Yuma Arizona that needs to be thoroughly serviced and repaired due to the lack of due diligence on the part of the pick up point personnel.

Pat EThe only criticism I have of U-Haul was that the drop-off location was different from the one agreed on when I took the vehicle out. Why wasn't I told that I could not drop off in Sandpoint, ID before I took it? The actual drop-off site was closer than Sandpoint and thus better in a way. It would have been better to know in advance, though.
