99 cents a mile and putting gas back in seems excessive... I spent almost 350 (adding gas back) dollars to drive a couple hundred miles... I feel like the 19.95 on the door is kinda of a scam when you add in the 1 dollar a mile fees... I know times are tough but damn! if i knew if was gonna be 300 i would have pulled a trailer down behind my truck and ran this load. I feel like for 300 I could have hired a hotshot to pickup deliver and be gone with no sweat from me doing the work.

Michael MThere was beer caps in the door handle of the U-Haul when I picked it up , and grass and some dirt in floor board wasn’t real clean smelled weird as well Had issues picking up the truck on acct of having a temporary paper license the dmv issues when you get a replacement the mail the license to residence and I had to last minute switch my wife to be able to pick it up and the U-Haul place was closed on Saturday had to deal with several customer service rep people and a virtual text person it was a bad experience !

ROBERT BThe door unexpectedly swung open on the highway, resulting in the loss of a significant number of our belongings at the time of my drop-off. When I explained the situation to the individual in charge, he seemed to dismiss my concerns as if they were unfounded.

lori dOnline reservation was cheaper than rate quoted in person. Why did they erase my mobile pick up and alter the price?
JASON FFirstly the on-line check in process is pathetic; even the tech support people stated it was hard to navigate and would have been impossible without the on line help. Secondly we booked a dolly and blankets that were not in the truck; the operator suggested I call the dealer at home; how was I supposed to know the persons phone number? I brought the truck back 24 hours early and there has been no suggestion of a lower charge? Not a happy customer!

His quick thinking and decision to take the "paper" route got me out of there and on my way - which is what I needed. Thank you.

Emilie CI encountered a flat tire on the trailer and called support. It took them over an hour to figure out where I was located even though I gave them a mile marker number on the road. Evidently the gps didn’t work and the lady couldn’t find out where I was. Finally she a repair from Tulsa (2 1/2 hours) then changed it to Joplin (2 hours). We found a U-haul dealer in Vinita (15 minute’s) on the phone and called support back to see if they could change it. Luckily we got a different rep and after a company okay the tire was changed in about twenty minutes. Seems like you should update your system to have a better way of find repair personnel. By the way they did a great job on the repair

Melinda AA little confusing on availability through the use of the ap and the web, but it worked out. Received a call from someone about a day or two after reservation, said they would check in with me 24 to 48 hours before pick-up on availability, never heard back.
John JI can't think of a single thing that you need to improve. The registration lady was pleasant and efficient. The man that hooked us up and checked us out was very professional. The Tow Dolly was like new and exactly what I needed. The price was right. Well done.

TEDDY HI checked the truck out at 3:47 on Friday evening and was told that the business was closed the next day so it wouldn’t be a problem to return it late. However I was not told not to check it in online, to avoid another days fee, therefore I followed what protocol I thought was required. I was in fact charged another day, when I did not need it. I returned the truck at 4:47, less that one hour after the time on my paperwork. I got a return call stating that I checked the truck out at 11am so it would have been due back by 11 which was incorrect. I don’t believe the fella wasn’t sure what customer he was speaking to when he made the call back. I feel it’s rude to offered longer time at no charge, but charge additional fees for another day.
