I encountered a flat tire on the trailer and called support. It took them over an hour to figure out where I was located even though I gave them a mile marker number on the road. Evidently the gps didn't work and the lady couldn't find out where I was. Finally she a repair from Tulsa (2 1/2 hours) then changed it to Joplin (2 hours). We found a U-haul dealer in Vinita (15 minute's) on the phone and called support back to see if they could change it. Luckily we got a different rep and after a company okay the tire was changed in about twenty minutes. Seems like you should update your system to have a better way of find repair personnel. By the way they did a great job on the repair

Melinda A.A little confusing on availability through the use of the ap and the web, but it worked out. Received a call from someone about a day or two after reservation, said they would check in with me 24 to 48 hours before pick-up on availability, never heard back.
