As far as I am concerned there really isn't anything that needs to change. The employees were very helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to take my business there. I will definitely recommend anyone that I come into contact with that is looking for a place to store their belongings or need a U-Haul to bring their business to that location. I want to send a Big Thank You to the guys that work there.... They were Great!!

RANDY PTruck pick up was eventually 20 miles from initial location. But on a more positive note, I was given an extra 33 miles free for having to go to another location.

The equipment was clean but there are leaks along the ceiling and our stuff got soaked in the rain pouring in through the truck. I don’t place any fault on TN Valley for this. The man we rented through informed us that they had just sent the truck off for repairs and was concerned that it came back with issues still. TN Valley is doing everything on their part to keep their equipment in good repair and clean. U-Haul didn’t fix the leaks and the customer claims didn’t help at all. I’m very disappointed in U-Haul itself. As for TN Valley, I’d go back any time but I’m not renting that specific 26 foot truck again. U-Haul can do better than that.

BILLY CWe rented a Tow Dolly and U-haul and my only complaints was when we got to the car to tow the car and put it on the Dolly, the straps that you put around the tire, we're all knotted up and almost imposs It is like a submitted review like they sent us a thing.Saying thank you for returning to you allible to get undone, it took us a long time just to get the. Straps undone to be able to load the car.

ROBERT JWorst experience. Made a reservation 3 weeks out for a pickup of a 10 ft truck mile from our house and the night before our pickup location was changed to 20 miles away. Got to that location and it was closed. On the phone with Uhaul, and they blamed me for the location change. Finally got another truck and the only size available was a 26 ft truck when all we needed was a 10 ft. Put us 2 hours behind on our move schedule. I hope I never have to rent from Uhaul again.
Toby CContinue with keeping units clean, having knowledgeable, and very helpful staff personnel. This facility is in a convenient location and is in a somewhat open area for both picking up and dropping off units. These people have your interest in accommodating you with options and helpful tips to fit your needs.
Robert JRamp would not work. Had to call uhall… no help. Called wrecker for $200.00 to place the car on the dolly. The place I picked up the dolly had to take a small sledge hammer to move the ramp out.
Larry RMay want to reconsider using Arab Mini Storage for reservations if they aren't going to have someone's request prepared in time. Uhaul customer service did an amazing job rescheduling to get us a truck.

Randy PGet your computer programs updated or at least where they can be used. Waited almost an hour when the truck was brought back, due to computer functions. Needed an appliance dolly. They found one at another dealer but they wasn’t open, on Wednesday at 10 AM, this is rediculous. You have all these places with your trucks and expect people to go online to rent them???!!! No one around. I don’t do business that way!!! The people where I rented the truck was great very nice location a lot of items to buy if needed. Only thing wrong with U- Haul is corporate. Best get your act together!!!
