The experience renting the equipment and picking it up was excellent. The two gentlemen at the store made the pick up process and breeze, and even made sure that it was hooked up to my vehicle correctly and checked to make sure that the lights on the trailer were working. The only issue I had was the equipment itself. The ratchets are in bad shape and hard to use. Also, the trailer bounced all over the road when it was unloaded. I had rented the same type of trailer the week prior, and it was in great shape and ran smoothly. This trailer has some sort of issue with the tires or something.
