I don't know the answers. They hooked up the trailer but it rattled and banged and jerked just getting out of the parking lot. And then I got onto the street and my car struggled to pull it, and I had trouble braking to stop it. So I turned around and returned it. And the man unhooked it, and told me that he would still have to charge me for the rental. It was hooked to my car for less than 10 minutes total. I tried to rent a lighter, open top trailer, but none of the locations had any available. The man told my son that they all went South with the kids starting school in August last year.
