My truck did not have the equipment I paid for (ex. Dollys) and the owner was not familiar with how to properly hook up my car to the trailer. The straps came off twice and luckily we happened to be getting gas when we noticed it, otherwise my car could have fallen off while driving. We ended up returning the trailer early and unhooking my car for a safer drive & arrival.

Actually inspect vehicle for cleanliness between customers. Move locks on the same side as the trucks. They are not easy to find. Be transparent about taxes and fees upfront, so customer is not surprised by final bill.
